Currently, we are in the same position as every other company that has non-producing assets.
So currently this is probably as good an entry point as any, but if you expect to make an overnight buck, then you're mistaken. This could probably drop back to 1p or there abouts. Or this could be a new base for the share price.
Is SC55 a good asset? Sure, it's de-risked from an exploration point of view. Are there other risks? Possibly, if you look at what China have done in the South China sea, it's horribly close to where the exploratory area is. Do I think this could be lost to conflict? I seriously doubt it and if it did, then losing an investment would be the least of our worries.
SC55 needs cash spent on exploration, which is unless someone steps forward will come from our coffers I think. If the cash is being spent on SC55 then any cash for a new investment will have to come from a placing or vice versa whichever comes through first.
