However, the ramp gang are trying to convince others , it’s all reward and no risk .

In the world of clinical trials , the odds are massively stacked against the potential new drug making it to market.

So please, yes very good news the submission is in but don’t pretend it’s a done deal .

I very much doubt the submission to be cleared without some delay. The company explained within the RNS they hope to minimize that risk and therefore acknowledge the risk to all.

Placings,…read the RNS ! The company even advise when it will be !

Hopefully all will go like clockwork in what you and many others describe as a very complex drug development process requiring patience !

It’s not strange and we are not necessarily 30 days from phase1 clinical trials.

Then factor in the placing/s that’s coming together with the typical chance of success through clinical trials and you have the answer to your conundrum.

The company have already advised they hadn’t anticipated the complexity of the process and that has and possibly still is, extending the time to submission.

Firstly it’s “Minimise” that I’m more concerned with and those potential minimsed FDA questions/qualifications resulting in a protracted period prior to clearance.

I do “expect “ Hemo’ will submit , still unsure when as they’ve given no real clarity .

What’s the definition of very near future ? Hours, days, months ?

As to contract law and legal limitation on statement of intent. In you scenario that would most definitely be force major. They can state “will” should they be in position to do so.

For argument sake Let’s presume I’m wrong and that the company have just confirmed IND submission this month or next and that it should fly through FDA clearance.

Should the majority of investors and potential investors think that too then it seems its already baked into the SP , as we know the markets forward looking .

I think there’s a very ,very long and bumpy road ahead.

I hope for those in clinical need , I’m wrong.
