I’d actually put the sell in prior to the uplift and was just lucky with timing.

I’m still holding 50% in the hope they do get FDA clearance.

You can’t say that !

The ramp gang have offered cast iron guarantees that there’ll be no FDA clinical hold be that Partial or Full.

I however agree with you , it’s not guaranteed and I’m expecting an FDA Partial hold for the reasons I’ve previously explained.

In the event FDA do clear without any challenges, then I’d expect the Re-rate to be in the order Hemogenyx themselves highlight within the RNS …2.8p.

Take a look at the rules and regulations regarding stock options.

I think you’ll find the company are obligated to only offer at “ fair value”.

So what’s more likely, Hemo’ have ignored their obligations OR your higher assessment of SP is not at fair value.

Hemogenyx have stated fair value SP at a point when and IF they get FDA clearance.

You may not like it but to argue against it is to argue with Hemogenyx assessment and the RNS statement.

Reading between the lines i think you’ve realized the truth of my statement regarding company stated expected Re-rate and identified where in the RNS its CLEARLY written.

Genuinely, well done.

However i would disagree with your assertion that it is conservative.

A statement of fact,

it is not conservative it is Hemo’s “fair value” assessment at FDA approval .

Regarding company MCAP. I’ve been keenly reading all the posts on this subject and will offer some important facts on this subject after the deadline for FDA clearance has past.

I’m still anticipating an FDA partial hold to be announced with the accompanying flood of rampers suggesting it to be good news, we shall see.

The more positive fact regarding IND submission clearances.

The majority of clinical holds are advised within 14days of submission.

Possibly Mr I is correct regarding the lack luster SP being due to timing of investment.

The more researched potential investor awaiting the 14days to pass increasing the odds on clearing and reducing risk.

Thanks and yes i also enjoyed the sunny weather yesterday.

My argument with JFH regarding IND clearance rates were and still are;

The typical % clearance rate is not appropriate to the Hemo’ submission due its type when considering the FDA main reasons for clinical holds , Partial or full.

I also pointed out that, in any case the typical clearance rate is not 95% as has been repeatedly claimed.

I’ve also pointed out , should a clinical hold occur with the Hemo’ submission that typically theres almost a 50% chance it would take a year to subsequently get cleared.

All the above are facts.

Here’s one independent reference from NIH there are many more to corroborate the above should you choose to do a little more research .

“Results: CDER received 1410 initial INDs in FY 2013, of which 125 (8.9%) were placed on hold during the first 30 days after initial submission. Of the INDs placed on hold, more than half became active within the first year after first imposition of hold.”

The company RNS says funding into clinical trial.

It does not say to the end of phase1 and the company statement regarding going concern that you’ve tried to hide behind only states funds would be available and not that they HAVE it now.

Your statement is incorrect and again either deliberate or through ignorance in understanding the RNS.

Your complete denial then turns what could be genuine mistake into a lie.

You are a proven liar with insufficient confidence to apologize.
