What I find a repulsive human trait is to knowingly ramp a share to try and convince others when the facts are still debatable. Unfortunately there are many posting here who do exactly that.

I hope Hemo’ succeed to develop a new and effective AML treatment, they might despite the odds against them.

They might go clinical within the 30 day timeframe.

I don’t see any morality issue in sharing the flip side to all the ramping where I honestly believe it relevant .

Pretty much any science paper you care to read on IND’s for blood cancers and in particular AML will highlight the clearance and approval levels through submission to phase 3 are much much lower than most other IND’s.

You’re 95% is BS when applied to Cart-T for AML.

It’s the detail that matters!!!!

Just to be clear, within the recent RNS the company state they hope to minimize FDA questions.

Company words which are indisputable.

So they say minimize and you say there won’t be any !

That’s why your categoric statement argues with the company, the scientists and the RNS .

I say it could within the 30days but the wording within the RNS suggests to me the company expects questions likely leading to delay.

Balance is a good thing!

I’m not criticizing the company.

What I’m suggesting is the specific wording within the RNS leads me to believe they are anticipating questions and hence delay.

We’re they very confident the wording could have been,

“ we now anticipate FDA clearance within 30 days, subject to any unexpected FDA requirements “

Hopefully my take on the wording is wrong.

Within the company had advised the process has been more difficult than expected and that they hope to minimize FDA questions on the submission.

Why August , just an optimistic guess !
