Given the questions you’ve raised I suggest you take a look at the Car-T development of Caribou .

Some kind poster helped me understand much more about the potential of the Hemo’ Car-T IND by pointing me in their direction,…actually as a good comparison on MCAP.

That MCAP comparison was outrageous ramping fantasy but the information i learnt about Car-T treatments and the newest developments helped me greatly.

It might help you better understand Hemo’s approach, the differing science and therefore chances of ultimate success as an AML treatment.

We’re constantly told to “trust the science”! Usually by those who have absolutely no idea on the science.

Research the science and make your decisions from a place of greater knowledge.

I’d suggest if the issues were easily resolved then the FDA would have placed a Partial Clinical hold.

Whereas the RNS describes a Clinical hold and not a Partial Clinical hold.

There’s a very significant difference!

You’ll also see (should you read the FDA data), in the first instance there’s verbal communication between the parties to try and resolve. Clearly it wasn’t!?

After the dust has settled, next week I’ll outline what i think is the immediate problem and why ( with reference to independent data), but more importantly why this was very time critical and a window on the specific IND might be rapidly closing.

I accept and understand your point regarding market awareness and need or otherwise to RNS without delay.

However , “reasonability” in the matter would be the underlying and determining aspect that would make RNS announcement a regulatory requirement or not.

I’m sure a third party would not consider it a reasonable expectation for all existing and new investors to inform themselves and understand the intricacies of the FDA process.

I’m also sure that Hemogenyx advisors would be mindful of the same and determine for reasonability, they must RNS CAR-T has cleared without delay if and when it does.

Should it clear, my money’s on Hemogenyx SP assessment of 2.8p being much more realistic than that you and others are constantly regurgitating.
