If i was investing with my head i’d sell now.

Against my own thoughts, I’m investing with my heart as i do want Hemo’ to get FDA clearance for the greater good.

I note no one’s offering any reasonable explanation as to why the markets not as confident as the LTH’s !

I hope you’re correct.

I’m considering;

1. It’s not 95%.

2. Almost 50% of applications placed on clinical hold take more than a year to resolve through to clearance.

Both of the above you’ll find to be true through any quick search.

I know the gang will rush to dispute but trust me it’s true and you should check it out through your own search .

Having said the above I truly hope we do get clearance without a hold of any form for my own self interest but much more importantly, the potential for AML patients.

I got back in after the placing. I would like to get out at 4p but expect 3p more probable.

I’m still very anxious a clinical hold or partial clinical hold may be the fly in the ointment for my exit .

Progress.

With the IND submitted and most expecting FDA clearance within the 30day process period(some expecting accelerated clearance) , progress has most definitely been made.

Re-rate.

Do we still expect a significant Re-rate on FDA approval?

What level of Re-rate do you think appropriate?

Why is there no sign of it presently?

Happy to consider all views other than the market’s unaware which cannot be the reason proven from previous positive market re-rates and hence awareness.

You asserted the company had funding to complete phase 1 but the company (written within the RNS), state they have funding to the beginning of clinical trials !

You rightly corrected me regarding the IND clearance process not containing any Q&A aspects, only clinical holds, Partial or Full.

We also had a debate regarding the percentage clearance rate .

I maintain that the clearance rate should be considered against the application type/nature.

Having spent a little more time reading the FDA documentation, please have a look at the main reasons for clinical holds and then consider if they’re relevant to Hemo’s application.

I think if you’re honest , you’ll have a different percentage in mind than previous.

1.Only people on LSE know the company .

2. There are still sellers .

1. Couldn’t the same be said for NNN, you’re example?

Did no one else other than LSE’s know the company on previous re-rates ?

That’s the point, it’s not if they exist or not it’s why are they selling if within a month there’s going to be a major re-rate?

Q, Were the FDA approval seen as a given by the market, why is the SP floundering?

Maybe some don’t believe it is a given OR they do but still don’t see the value added until Phase1 succeeds.

Talk of investors being risk adverse or the market blind to the opportunity is to avoid the cold hard fact of the matter.

Were there’s opportunity the market will find it and reflect it within the SP.

I hope we get FDA clearance without partial or full clinical hold, and i hope we get a re-rate at that juncture but the current market view makes me anxious with both.

I think it’s phase 1 .

So “into the beginning of clinical trials”could be as early as shortly after commencement of phase 1.

I was pointing out , it conflicts with the RNS communication to state there will be no requirement for further fund raising this year , and that’s a fact of the written word within the RNS.

When i was wrong on the FDA questions/clinical hold definition , i admitted it, … man up HH !

Some would see your upsides differently!

1. They will potentially do another placing very early into phase1 clinical. See RNS.

2.Partner , yes they need a partner to conduct the trials. So what !? It’s like saying i need to dig a hole with a shovel , announcing you have a shovel is not exciting!

3. They may not get clearance within 30days.

Yeah i agree !

Should they get all the way through the clinical phases then it’ll be a very, very significant increase in SP.

Personally I’m out after IND clearance , which i hope will not be delayed by a clinical hold (happy JFH) and bring a reasonable re-rate.

For me the risks after that are too great but i do acknowledge, the reward could be tremendous both for LTH’s but more importantly AML patients.
