Unfortunately a very disappointing RNS.

There’s a couple of key words within that expose the truth of the matter with regard to Cart-T IND submission and likely FDA response.

Firstly let’s consider the time line for submission .
The company “Expect” to submit in the very near future.

Should there be no doubt as many here state , then why wouldn’t the RNS read…the company “will” submit in the very near future.

This is not nitpicking, the word “expect” determines there’s risk in the associated (and still undefined!!) time period changing.

Not my opinion, it’s fact of the written word and cannot be argued otherwise.

With regard to the FDA response to the IND submission.
“Minimise” is the key word within the RNS.

The use of the word minimise determines that the company anticipates the FDA will be requiring some further qualifications post submission and therefore is not anticipating a cleard application within the 30 day period.

I know many will rush to discredit my post and it’s conclusion.

Those who are trying to remain objective , what does the market think?

How many more months or years are you happy to wait for the preparation of a document to be concluded ?

I accept it’s a complex process but as many have drilled into me with vindictive posts, they’ve been working on it for years.

Personally, provided we receive clarity , details and timeline on positive progress , then i’m happy and can wait a while.

The point I’ve been making is the high probability for a stampede from your groups 1 straight to 6, in the event there’s no clear, detailed and positive Cart-T update this month. The SP follows downward with them.

You seem unusually active in arguing all is fine and straying from your normal balanced and factual posts.

I’m not sure what you’re suggesting in this post.

I think you’re saying it’s all fine if we don’t get an update on what i and others believe to be the most significant product Cart-T as the company is not duty bound to do so .

Using the allowable legal boundaries within YE statement to avoid a clear and detailed Cart-T update would go down like a lead ballon.

The company knows this and therefore would only do so if there’s a problem.

I understand your position on long term.
I do note how your confidence has slipped a little in your last two posts percentage wise, suspect unintentional though.

From my perspective right now is already long term given the years in development and recent updates on progress.

I would most definitely not be so understanding should there be a small blip , no update or lack of clarity within the update. I suspect the market would punish any or either.

Suggesting no definitive news on Cart-T within YE would be all fine and dandy with no subsequent fall in SP, is ridiculous

I’m not trusting in Vlad !

My trust has to earn’t and until that CarT-T IND RNS lands, …it’s absent.

Unfortunately I’ve concluded the year end statement will have many contorting words on Cart-T IND progress without actually defining much at all.
To soften the blow , I’m expecting other waffle on the use of the placing, how it will expand the trial and that’s why , we’ll be waiting god knows how long before the IND RNS.

To be clear to all, only my thoughts and wishfully i’m completely wrong with IND submission coming next week.

You’d have to be a seriously trusting investor to buy more right now.

Should there be no Cart-T news or any unexpected delay/ complications with IND within year end communications, then it’d have been a very poor investment decision!
