The quality runs (all of them) are only ultimately successful following the further analysis detailed below.

So factually none of us know if successful in terms of ability to submit to FDA or not.

The point I’m making is, “ it’s not if but when” would be a leap of blind faith.

It could well be “IF” !

However, it is not “definitely coming” and if it doesn’t happen then the current sp may not be the bargain you suggest .

Nothing is guaranteed and the problem highlighted in one of their previous tweet’s worries me .

I invested as I thought there’s a good chance of Cart-T getting to clinical.

Unfortunately I’m no longer so confident.

I will continue to comment good or bad dependent on the flow of information, research and insight as i see it.

Ps My investment position is all the better for not listening to the rampers.

Let’s think back to the placing. Just how are the funds helping progress Cart-T to clinic ?

Why did VS specifically mention the need to get to clinical quickly? Could it be as O2O’s info’ may suggest, our process could be too slow for the evolving market?

As previous i do accept investors are to some extent their own worst enemy when it comes to time lines.
When i pointed out the work involved in submitting, i faced a wave of abuse!

Had JFH, HT, Mr Mouse and others not ramped W1 Feb so hard as IND RNS date/target, maybe there’d be a little more collective patience on the board.

I suspect all those “ tic-tok, fomo” idiots are well and truly off VS Christmas card list !!

I think there’s a looming question of the regulatory requirement to announce any significant and unexpected problem(s) within the submission process.

So the “crap” RNS you mention could be coming our way like it or not.

I think more a specific requirement for Cart-T product production process and IND application than the general requirement for the test facility.

I suspect Hemo’ are trying to give a little insight on timelines for IND submission through the tweet.

It is an FDA requirement for IND and hence if ongoing the first point to highlight is IND submission could not have been lodged as some less researched repeatedly claim.

The hint on timeline for IND submission?

There’s a requirement for incubation period. That alone being 14days. Following which further analysis work required.

I suspect Hemo’ are trying to reassure that all’s going to plan with IND work and highlight the time required post PQ3 being perfectly normal.

They could have chosen less worrying footage though !”

Trying to find positives for the lack of Cart-T IND RNS is missing the point.

The point being;
1. The Hemo’ link where they discussed a problem with repeatability of samples with a third party. FDA or other independent.
Hulva posted it, since it’s mysteriously disappeared. Seems not keen on posting it again…i wonder why , Hulva !?

2. The fact many Pharma’s underestimate the work and process requirements for such an FDA submission.
As described by the leading independent provider of such service.

There’s a problem and they’ve underestimated the work required for submission, very straightforward and obvious conclusion with more substantive and supportive information than any other conclusion I’ve seen posted.

Should we hear nothing more on Cart-T by April, then i will be asking the company and the appropriate regulatory body to consider any problems with the process and submission works are of a material nature and should be announced. Hopefully I won’t need to .
