I’m expecting it to land next week.

We know,
VS had a target of early Feb.
VS has stressed the importance of speed to clinic.
The company has been working on it with FDA for years.
Placing funds used to accelerate process to clinic.

We also know,
It was impossible to submit immediately after PQ3 .The post quality run requirements being significant.
The company highlighted one such within their recent tweet for all to consider.

Should there be no serious issues and the company were genuinely ready with the FDA submission, blank pages awaiting final post PQ3 analytical works, a focused company with expedited process in place could conclude and submit.

I hope it lands next week and i look forward to eating a large slice of the gangs humble pie before they collectively throw me off the bus! …yes I’m sure under would be preferred by many.

The flip side however, further delay will signal a problem !!

I’m not at all interested in CBR as I strongly believe to be “fluff”.

The very strong bottom of SP trading band being supported with funds from somewhere.

Should the company be honing in on Cart-T IND RNS, then you and others don’t need to continually ramp.

The company is hopefully in position to do a much better job of it than the gang will or ever has done.

Let’s just debate real and meaningful topics/information, there’ll be less need for me or others to offer the sometimes opposing views you and the gang dislike so much.

I accept you’ll have to continue for a short while in trying to dig yourselves out of the IND timeframe hole that you’ve dug and dropped the company in, but after that…please !

The more distracting fluff and waffle the gang pump out, the more potential investors are going to question the risk with that IND, so please stop.

The Tweet footage appears to be a conversation regarding a problem with repeatability.

The proposed solution being unacceptable to the third party.

Any other thoughts on why in particular the company would share that ?

I think more a specific requirement for Cart-T product production process and IND application than the general requirement for the test facility.

I suspect Hemo’ are trying to give a little insight on timelines for IND submission through the tweet.

It is an FDA requirement for IND and hence if ongoing the first point to highlight is IND submission could not have been lodged as some less researched repeatedly claim.

The hint on timeline for IND submission?

There’s a requirement for incubation period. That alone being 14days. Following which further analysis work required.

I suspect Hemo’ are trying to reassure that all’s going to plan with IND work and highlight the time required post PQ3 being perfectly normal.

They could have chosen less worrying footage though !

You can definitely put me in the concerned with timing camp and remember, I’m in good company with VS !!

I’ll have no issues should the delay on W1 Feb target prove to be simply the body and extent of submittal process works required post PQ3. It was me who pointed it out!

Should however the third party determine for example, further PQ tests be required to better establish stability of product , then I’m afraid the games up.

You’ll have to contact JFH and the others to get the confirmation of W1 Feb target date, they have confirmed on this board previously it was VS’s target date commitment.

Were there to be a delay into Q2 for IND submission, then personally I wouldn’t accept any rationale no matter the type or nature. I suspect neither would the market.

In those circumstances all confidence in company timeframes and possibly, the probability of Cart-T IND at all ,would be gone.

Remember it was only a short time ago when i was being dismissed as having an agenda for daring to question W1 Feb , with a wave of LTH’s shouting loudly, Hemo’ have been working with the FDA on this for years and it would be stu-pid ( the preferred put down) to suggest Hemo’ wouldn’t proceed to submission imminently.

They were proven wrong!

Let’s hope we don’t have to test those Q2 waters!

With respect, Mr I does highlight concerns, maybe Indirectly .

VS was one of those who speculated it’d been submitted by now and stressed the importance of speed to clinic.

One concern I’ve had for a while is the wriggle room for more PQ tests apparent within the PQ3 RNS.

Should you read it literally you’ll find there’s actually no commitment to go for IND submission after PQ3. Only a commitment to do so after ALL PQ tests , the number of which undefined.

I hope and suspect it’s simply poorly written and not cleverly written !

I’m expecting end this month for IND RNS. The longer the wait the more i reread the RNS with suspicion.

The only positive with the wait for news is the zero opportunity for the company to blame any FDA objections on rushed timelines. Which in turn hopefully means no objections will be raised at all as the science element were told is, superb.

Probably be the 28th to ensure i have to eat Humble pie!
