Such an excellent post you've forced me to comment prior to next RNS, no doubt much to the annoyance of many.

There is no delay with the completion of the 3 runs from initiation, as you correctly point out.

Question.
The recent question on delay relates to the time frame for IND submission from completion of all tests and not completion of the tests themselves.

VS states "By the end of these three runs, we will be ready to include all this data into the IND submission"

Why would it take 3 weeks or more to IND submission when they were READY to compile IND submission at the end of run3??

I did ask the board the anticipated time frame for compilation of the submission data following run3, the response was silence or personal insult.

We now Know it's at least 3 weeks or longer OR as you note, further PQ runs may be being considered/necessary .
Agreed no evidence on that yet other than the apparent conflict of VS statement of being "ready" at end PQ3 and the timeframe now elapsed.

To me and others a delay is significant and the argument of ,"so what RNS on the way" doesn't wash with me.
Why? Investor confidence within company statements! When the company grows it becomes VERY important.

VS apparently confirmed W1 Feb for IND in a recent Zoom meeting (Ref HT,MrI,JFHand others).
So there is a Delay according to these esteemed LTH's.

Please post more, very useful and a refreshing change from the usual uneducated drivel on this board.

It's a MINIMUM of three runs required and yes of course, Third party is a std requirement.

The word Minimum, I anticipate will soon be the topic of conversation !!!!

Just point all to any specific company confirmation of Third party on 1&2 completed… you can’t!!

I think you’re a little confused as to the PQ run’s and required certification.

There is NO company confirmation of Third party certification of run 1,2 having bren completed, fact !

The Third party certification of the PQ runs includes the requirements and comparisons of consistency and repeatability across the runs.

That’s why Third party engagement and certification starts at the end of all three runs.

There is reference of analytical testing but i read that as Hemo’s own and not the Third party .

When you read the latest RNS below , seems all 3 require the Third party certification, not just the last run .

Why wouldn't you want a better understanding of when the next potential inflection point could be?

What's typical for a 3rd party review and thumbs up to company assured PQ runs within this sector ?

So far all this board has managed is, an apparent tip off from the company within two Zoom calls most SHARE holders no nothing about!

How about this board changes format from outright ramping of anything and everything, to sharing a little research and debating the worth or otherwise !?

For example, what’s a typical time frame for a third party certification of the PQ tests ? Similar examples must exist.

Do we expect Hemo to require some time following third party thumbs up*to compile IND application?

Should an IND RNS land this week and subsequently approved, then great news for all invested and my trust will have properly returned.

The APPROVAL being the serious inflection point, not the application.

However ,what I'm unfortunately expecting is deflection RNS's to take the spotlight off Cart-T followed by a belated and vague explanation of why the application/approval didn't proceed.

The company reputation and investor trust , depends on this particular advancement or failure and nothing else , regardless of hype.

Deflecting RNS's won't cut the mustard V.
