Hence I’m keen and you should be too for a specific update of patent progress

The provisional patent for CBR will expire in March.

Given the recent rise is due to excitement on the CBR opportunities, are we expecting an RNS to confirm full patent before end of March ?
I’m not comfortable with no news on patent progress.
Thoughts !?

I’d ask a simple question.
Given the company’s track record on dilution, if the cost associated with the service agreement is minimal, why not detail it within the RNS ?

In my experience it’s common practice to announce commercial terms within service agreements , hence the question.
NDA’s and commercial confidentially can be navigated should the companies desire , so why wouldn’t they ?

However ,as it’s a fair assumption Selexis will be expecting and agreed financial reward for their part in the service agreement, what is it?

It could be an agreement that would incur future dilution.

The RNS makes no mention of the commercial terms associated with the service agreement.
Maybe the commercial terms information void, is the reason for only marginal SP move.

Some might be anticipating further dilution .

Thank you for responding.
It seems however neither you or any others can answer my question and explain the disconnect between some PI's excitement and expectation to that of the modest market reaction to the recent RNS. Maybe the caveats within the reason.

Anyway, I genuinely hope it all concludes as you hope and expect , I think you can tell ,I'm not so sure it will.

Could you explain ,without recourse to your questionable market manipulation theory, why the SP should not be through the roof when new investors can still benefit from the "significant" divi you and others are convinced of.

You can wheel out all the conspiracy theories of MM games, manipulation etc you care to, it doesn't change the hard cold fact of the SP matter.

The stick may have been adjusted but the carrot you're chasing is still firmly attached to the end and remains unobtainable to all but the donkey's imagination.

In which case I think it's safe to assume TRX tried and failed. The question is why?

Unfortunately, i think when the UK test results are made clear( and I’m expecting a fail), regardless of the opportunity you rightly highlight, shareholders will suffer.
In my opinion ODX science & sales teams have been ineffective and factually, unproductive.

…i think the ODX tweet is “measured”not “diplomatic” and bad not good news.
It’s not written in a way to keep the UK testing door open, i think it’s written to avoid any potential claims of withholding market sensitive information regarding PD test failure.
The UK gov would not turn down the political opportunity of a home grown test even considering how self interested certain individuals within might be.
