The way the placing came about,if JFH and others are correct, rules out Hemo were seeking for CBR grant.

JFH will confirm they’re not !

He and others repeatedly advised the placing was not instigated by the company and that Hemo were randomly approached with an offer.
Hemo did not seek the offer and hence we’re not seeking funds for the purpose you suggest.

Very well written.

I would however question two fundamentals within.

1. The use of placing funds .
2. The potential better buying percentages.

Why all the ramping comments on the fanciful use of the funds?
It’s written big within the RNS… "Shareholders are aware of the Company's recent progress in the development of HEMO-CAR-T and our CBR platform. I am pleased to announce this placing, which will ENABLE the Company to progress with these two key product candidates”

I could make a more substantive argument that without the funds Hemo could not progress with both Car-T & CBR.
“To enable “ , so without they would be unable !

On the percentages better buying opportunities, all depends on where the bottom might be.
I think the guy with 1.9buy will get in ! Do the maths on how much more stock he’d then get compared to buying at 3+ when many said not to would be foolish and ignorant of the science.

Should my predictions prove correct, those who do consider risk equally as reward, will no doubt be drowning in the rampers damage limitation of , MM’s, holding for life time, bounce etc, etc.Seen it over and over… very tiresome.

Just to offer some balance to those who refuse to consider the risk.
Should the IND be rejected then we’ve not seen the bottom yet !! I would expect 1.5p or lower.

The IND application RNS were told will absolutely be issued before end week 1 Feb.
We’re told that by the rampers, so i’m not holding my breath!!

And again for balance, should the IND be accepted, then yes 4p easily, quickly followed be another placing !!

Please, if you're going to try and defend your statement ,pronouncing the fact the company's advised CAR-T fully funded into clinical trials, followed by a placing with the RNS stating required to fund CAR-T, is all straight forward and above board, please be a little more imaginative as I'm finding the inane ramping a little tiresome for a Friday evening !

The RNS clearly states the funds will be used for Car-T , as the primary objective in order of notice.

So by your own words in the previous post , it was a deceitful statement by the company.

what information are you basing the "IND 1st week Feb" on ?

The company hasn't offered any information as to length of time to submission.

I think one2one answered your question so now I presume you accept the risk I’ve highlighted?

My answer would have been less scientific, simply that with the known typical failure rates in getting and progressing through IND , you’re betting against the odds that there’ll be no delay or need for re-runs .

I’m not too bothered about the placing. Retail investors feel misled again and i fully understand why.

I wouldn’t be surprised the next news will be an appointment of sorts to assist in accelerating programs and a notch up in sp.

After that I’m expecting disappointing news with the third party analysis requiring further PQ runs, with the sp dropping to around 1.7.
That’s when I’ll top up as i do believe there’s further potential but not in the short term.
