Could it be ODX know and have been informed the test has failed the PD experimental aspect but holding out on RNS as the “Desk top review” almost certainly considered part of the evaluation process ,has not been fully reviewed.

For argument sake, let’s say efficacy was at best marginal in P2.
My question is in that situation could we progress to P3 given additional consideration to other efficacy data sets and knowing safety’s fine? I think yes and just maybe that’s why Synairgen have chosen to not say a single word on P2 efficacy where others have .

Looking at the BRii news release for progression from Active P2 to P3, there is content regarding efficacy.Why do you think in stark contrast Synairgen makes no reference to efficacy ?

Is it possible in the Synairgen case, consideration was made on trial safety and supported by the "growing evidence" referenced in the Synairgen RNS ,of likely efficacy from other studies trials but not specifically Active ?

Last question, if Synairgen has the results isn't that market sensitive information and should therefore be RNS'd ?

I've been out for a short while licking my wounds as sold a lump before progression to Active P3.
Can the more knowledgable explain why no efficacy or end point data on Active P2 yet and is it normal for the safety bods to propose progress to Active P3 and not the general team?

I want back in but looking for reassurance of positive results other than just safety and uncomfortable without unless others can explain?

I don't doubt your integrity as a true believer in Hemo.
I am though concerned that some of your posting is borderline fanatical.
In itself that's fine ,each to their own BUT some will trust in your predictions and opinions and could pay a financial penalty for that trust. I could name those I suspect already have!

The example I'd highlight is your prediction of 8p SP come November.
To make such a prediction and then say the market is wrong when it doesn't materialise(as I expect you will), is in my view being in denial of one's ability to logically and unemotional assess investment data.

Still time to run so let's wait and see, you may be proven correct !

1. CBR Update
2. Hostile takeover
3. Nothing in particular

Are we due an update on CBR within the next two weeks ?
Has there been anything suggesting there could be a hostile take over within the next two weeks?

So it looks to me we're left with point 3- Nothing in particular.

I don't share your optimism that the market will, within the next two weeks, suddenly reconsider the existing situation and move the SP north of 8p.

All the recent company communication suggests to me Synairgen will be surprised were they to progress further in the Active programme. Most of the posters here refuse to acknowledge the Active Elephant in the room and instead investigate every nook & cranny in search of positive Active news. Had RM telegramed positive Active news in the same way, I'm sure it would have been fully accepted and then eagerly expected, so why not negative ?

If I were RM and had to drop bad news on Active, I'd do it on a Friday and let the very impressive investigational PI's go to work over the weekend and focus on Sprinter where he's also been telegraming, but positively!

I don't doubt the companies absolute determination to make progress and benefit human health.
My concern is , will it be at a continued cost to their retail LTH and their financial health?
Time will tell and a long time I suspect.
At least open and fair communication is now flowing .
