Is the current sp weakness connected with the recent 1R-DataXu court action? There wasn't an OUTRIGHT win!!! Didn't 1R take the court action and would have thought about it carefully before doing so... The case has been referred to 'Alternate Dispute Resolution', which could take months to resolve. lack of clarity...Debt/stock/trading/takeover... There's concerns over level of debt, stock levels and current trading.... If they can service/lower the debt from existing trading then it should be ok... If they had no debt, trading was great then there would be more visibility and be de-risked... If/once these are addressed/resolved the sp will take of itself... I believe they are heading in the right direction but there's still some way to go before we know for sure that the issues are behind us... so still risky but improving...

1gw, why not contact the company? I'm sure they could give an easy and clear explanation to what is a simple cash query... ;-) Could you also please ask why, at the GM, they said they were happy with the brokers figures, 1 day before the Numis note, yet there is a $21m difference? (Numis $58m, TU $37m). The latest 'confusion' is yet more 'credible evidence' that their rns result in more questions than answers, leading to lack of clarity and speculation. TIA
