I don't think anyone within govn, NHS/Private health companies or shareholders of any health companies seriously believes that the health system is perfect... There are lots of issues with the ENTIRE health system, from GP to ambulance to Hospital, which is why major changes are needed to processes as well as the way healthcare is implemented... The govn came up with a plan, inc STPs, UCC... I happen to think it is a good way forward to ease pressure off A&E hospitals and GPs... At least give it a try and iron out any issues before the entire health system collapses and we're left without any GPs....

Companies (NHS or Private) don't make up which questions to ask before directing patients.... there are national guidelines....

Given the discontent amongst Yume shareholders, there's also the risk that they would demand a change of Management at Yume... IIs don't tend to like investing in companies with a lot of discontent shareholders...

The COMPANY was supposed to file F4, was it 5th or 6th Oct? Now 3 weeks overdue. Posters at the GM reported that they were told F4 would be 'later in Oct'. Again COMPANY saying it would be 'later in Oct', fair enough, they recognised they need time... Now the COMPANY have issued a rns reg H1 results, with no mention of F4. Surely the COMPANY could have given an update on F4 due? All, lack of clarity, from the COMPANY, not posters on a BB... Is it possible that they may make an announcement, deal on/off, F4 when US market opens later today?

The figures are known and the main thing was whether there was any change to outlook since TU... from the rns, there's no change to outlook... So not expecting much from H1 results...

Legal action - regardless of amount, reputation is at stake... look what happened after the blog...this isn't comments made by someone in a blog nor comments made by posters on BBs... 1R must win, otherwise why take legal action in the 1st place...
