1gw, and you forgot to mention where 1R are on Quantcast... 14th is it, compared to 6th earlier in the year... Obviously being 4th on Comscore is far more critical than 1R missing the crucial consensus figures from their filing... why would that be? ;-)

Shroder, serious question... were you using a leveraged vehicle, like CFDs and after this morning's sharp fall, had a margin call, which you couldn't cover in time???? If so,I think it's a v risky way to invest in a volatile share...

I don't short - I 1st invested in Blnx 6 yrs ago and I've been managing the risk on them...My posts on company/industry challenges haven't changed since the 1st time I bought.. I've previously suggested 1/2 revenue, given the price of recent ad tech deals - 1R paid for Perk. Rad1, RF was sold at etc.. Still deciding whether it's worth a punt, given the industry challenges and cash position... but maybe someone will buy them out at 1/2 revenue.so maybe worth a punt.... decisions, decisions...

Shroder, Why do you need to mention that you've 'received an email' or 'discussed it with investor friends' or spent 'hours researching'?? Why not just mention it's on their website like most posters do?... There has been a mentioned of a lack clarity ad tech wise for years and more so since Methbot last year... and mentioned on here over the last few months and it's not discussed, strange isn't it???. Hidden fees, ads.txt, advertisers using fewer sites, Apple/Google changes, GDPR, lack of cash etc, etc.. In fact, does anyone remember when there was a proper 2 way debate... .

DrShaggy, absolutely, makes no difference what's posted on BB, it's down to the company... You'd have to wonder why posters are so desperate to cut off any discussion, bull or bear...

in terms of 1R, it's the market reaction, Yume's sp, that will matter, not just the figures....

Yume 3rd Qtr results later. It would be worth watching out for these and watching Yume's sp reaction this afternoon and after market close.

Perrina, Have 1R got cash to throw away??... How many people would compare their previous & new website and say wow I'm going to use them NOW... The new website looks nice but what was wrong with the previous website??? Priorities.. If they had published a Q1 TU then maybe we wouldn't have seen the sp slide, lack of TU, lack of clarity... especially at the same time as ex-CEO left...

New website looks nice.but so was the previous one and it wasn't long since that was created .. They need to generate cash not burn more...... Didn't posters say that at agm they were told Q1 TU wasn't published because it was ALL hands on deck for Rad1 integration? Doesn't seem so...

Yume results tomorrow... Their results could impact 1R sp...either way.. Results/outlook to meet/beat expectations or not??? and how are industry challenges/changes affecting them... Double Whammy...

1gw, yes, you've been buying Yume, whilst the sp has been falling.. it's your money and your choice, no problem with that.... It doesn't explain why Yume has been falling.... and who has been lending out the 6% of 1R shares... "if YuMe can come out on Tuesday and meet or exceed their guidance for 3Q while continuing to guide to 4Q as the best quarter of the year, then I would hope that would provide some strong support for their share price" AS ALWAYS IF the company backup their comments with solid financials and solid outlook then the sp will take care of itself... Results Tues, so we'll see what they have to say about current and future trading and see if they mention 1R... If they fail to meet expectations or outlook isn't so great then I expect both Yume and 1R will fall.... Double Whammy...

3.05m SoL/49.5m shares is around 6%.. Who's lending out the shares? Despite the arb (short 1R, long Yume) Yume sp is still falling, now at $3.86 and looks like lowest sp for 6months... even allowing for divi, given the growth and profits announced previous qtrs, it's still surprising to see the Yume sp dropping so much, isn't it? https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/YUME/
