The Yume acquisition was completed 2 months ahead of schedule....and it seemed in a hurry... The figures might explain why they wanted it completed so quickly... Without the 2month Yume contribution, the revenue figures would have looked dire...and struggled to achieve their forecasts from last year. Last year, at agm, they announced a forecast of $220m for fy2018 and adjusted EBITDA of $14m, year just gone. This was excluding Rad1 and Yume They had around $75m cash. DrShaggy, Yes - they are at around 21p, old money, around 1/2 revenue forecast, as expected, so worth a punt. The reaction, last year was similar....sp rose and then crashed after the fy results. It seems whatever 1R say, it's great... even if they change their minds, completely reinvent their model, buy and then write off acquisitions.... It doesn't change the industry changes which are likely to affect 1R and other players.. ads.txt, GDPR, move to fee transparency, move to fewer DSP/SSPs. Nothing stopping anyone posting those industry changes nor discussing their impact on 1R.

BMAC, The point is NHS ALREADY has stringent guideline when it comes to handling Patient data - are you implying that the NHS is care free when it comes to Patient data, really???. Crucial point is GDPR includes asking for right to consent and RIGHT TO WITHDRAW consent. With NHS patient data, these rights to consent and withdraw consent ALREADY exist. Crucially, TLY works within NHS guidelines.... Therefore, the NHS will pay for and COME UP WITH GUIDELINES on handling GDPR. IF the NHS isn't following GDPR rules then obviously any organisation dealing with the NHS isn't. It is not a TLY problem alone but one for the NHS. Any changes to NHS guidelines regarding NHS patient data handling changes will be paid for by the NHS, UK taxpayers.
