Anyway, as is usually the case when new BoD come in, any parts of the business they don't fully understand are likely to get the chop... Given it's basically a Yume takeover of 1R, BM's or Ted's pet projects could be in for the chop... This year and next - I think it'll be about the consequences of those changes... who will fare better??? Ads.txt, move to fee transparency, 1st priced auctions... GDPR... I think industry changes will impact 1R more... especially move to fee transparency, given 1R's court case with DataXu... and GDPR, given 1R operate a full stack... It's my opinion...
