bru, "Exceptional costs will not be here next year" I disagree... were they mean't to be here for fy2018 - didn't 1R close their non-core subsidiaries last year??? they then acquired Rad1, Yume, court case with DataXu, axing staff etc... Industry changes/challenges recently hit the industry... GDPR is ongoing, I think we'll see further closures of other projects seen as 'non-core' etc, maybe more acquisitions etc....

as stated before when a company takes over, there is a tendency for projects and staff from the acquiring company to be axed...

why are staff who leave referred to as 'dead wood', after the leave... Can anyone post all the other 'deadwood' staff BEFORE they leave as well?

Some, aka cheerleaders/knowledgeable posters, post as if they know/understand the company/industry but time and time again they have been proved wrong... last year, when the sp was near 50p, old money, I sold some, as I believed the sp would fall below 30p, old money...recently, I sold out my recent punt because I thought, without major news, the sp would be closer to 100p than 300p later this year.. The results weren't great, more jam tomorrow... If they can prove a turnaround is happening then I might change my opinion.... but it's my money... I adjust my opinion based on 1R/industry newsflow....I believe industry changes/challenges will impact 1R and other players during this year, fy2019... we all have our opinions, respect them, discuss them but if you disagree then agree to disagree....

So with a full year contribution from Rad1 and Yume, shouldn't the fy2019 revenue forecast be nearer to $500m? Biffa, weren't you quoting $500m as the figure the BoD told you at last year's agm? What happened? The problem with quoting 'in line with consensus' without actual figures, is simple.. if the consensus is lowered during the year, the company can still claim to be in line with current consensus... remember the figures from last year's agm, the forecast for fy2018, EXCLUDING Rad1 & Yume, was $220m... Last year, at agm, they announced a forecast of $220m for fy2018. They had around $75m cash.
