The LO holding is Henderson's old holding..
LO took over old Henderson just over a year ago..

They still held around 10% when Vocare was bought...

and now seem to be selling down the ex Henderson holding they inherited..
maybe there was a 12 month lock in period and it's expired?????

I suspect the same is the case with their vrs holding...

I noticed Brain Mukherjee (BM), ex CEO, who resigned last year, says he is still an advisor to the Board...

I wonder how much BM cost as an advisor to the company.. Probably more than when he was employed by them...

According to BM's Linkedin, he has been an advisor to the BoD since he apparently left in July last year.
Unless, he has simply forgotten to update his account... Maybe one for 1R to clarify...

Nice to see he is an advisor to Inflexxion as well.. a healthcare company helping to reduce health related risks and to improve health outcomes.. an excellent sector to be in.. ;-)

I don't agree... Numis the house broker reduced the revenue forecasts by around $60m... 1R are also to close low margin operations... and as it's early days with ads.txt, GDPR, moves to fee transparency, advertisers charter, move to fewer DSP/SSP, I think it's too early to make that conclusion..

Time will tell of course.

The sp is now around the price I sold my last punt several weeks ago...

Sp rises around TU/result then a prolonged down trend...

Last yr after Apr TU/results the sp rose to around 500p (new money) then the prolonged slide..

(prices rebased for 10-1 consolidation)
current 220p..
1yr ago around 500p

Yes and I hope lse admin, fca and posters do their own research and not believe any anonymous posters on the BBs ...

Over the past year or so we've had newsflow... P&G comments on fraud, Unilever comments, ads.txt, GDPR, move to fee transparency, 1R/DataXu court case, 3 CEOs, change in other Officers, huge reduction in revenue expectations etc.. Youtube, Facebook fiascos etc, etc..

You don't think any of those contributed towards the negative sentiment that exists within 1R and the industry...
I suppose hiding the negative industry sentiment that exists is/was the best option for those who are deeply underwater...

The sp has already virtually doubled since the start of the year, when they announced the huge stones..huge D colour stone..

If they continue finding big, good quality stones then the sp will take of itself.
