I would expect some changes to the forecast because of the new IFRS 15 accounting rules. "The estimated revenue projections for 2018 ending 31 March 2018 were $311 million in the F4 with EBITDA at c. $30m and free cash flow c. $10m, but take on board the following." Brassneck/1gw/Biffa, "I agree it�s not a firm indicator". Biffa suggested that the TU is late so there must be good news. I proved that was not the case by showing that in 2016 & 2017, the fy TU was 1st and 2nd respectively. Are you saying the fy2016 TU & fy2017 TU followed by the subsequent fall in the sp was good news??? If so, why did the sp fall? This year, we also have the recent Yume acquisition, completed in Jan, to contend with. This year, the yr end, 31st March, was during the Easter hols. Can you please provide evidence where over the last 4 yrs, a good fy TU, followed by sp rise, came out late April, ie AFTER 2nd week of April?

Biffa, " The company has been quite clear with its guidence and with no early statement you have to expect a positive set of figures." Why would the timing of any TU suggest it's good or bad? The timing bears no relevance. It's only 2nd week after fy end. In 2016, the TU was on 5th Apr and last year it was 11th April. Nothing unusual about it now being 2nd week of April then. What are the bull and bear points re 1R/industry?

1R bought Perk with the millions of 'engaged customers'... Their rns stated: "Perk is a mobile-first rewards and engagement platform that matches the interests of consumers with those of brand and performance advertisers. I don't think any ad tech company will ever say that it will affect them badly and I doubt they will put a figure on it... However, I don't think we'll know the consequences of GDPR, but especially ads.txt, move to fee transparency, move to fewer DSP/SSP, DataXu legal case, for a good few months, maybe a year. There's also the new management and what they have planned for 1R.

We'll know in a few days if 1R achieve their forecasts...

Hopefully, we'll have a TU next week...We'll know whether your figures are your own speculation or fact. Unless your figures are next year's projections - in which case you forgot to mention it... Let's see if they can meet this year's expectations 1st...

In 2016 RTHM's previous CEO, BM, announced a "Pioneering Initiative" called SupportFreeContent (SFC). It was a browser extension for users of allmedia - RTHM's O&O allmusic.com, sidereel.com etc... Didn't It seem more like their previous initiatives, getcheep (?) & skyrocketplayer? GDPR is EU law becoming effective from next month. The Secretary is also Chief Legal Officer. GDPR and the recent court case with DataXu, involving fees, both come under the Chief Legal Officer's remit. Until there is a rns showing Goldman Sachs holding, it is speculation.

I would have thought 1R would update their shareholder list when a TR-1 is filed. The new Secretary is also Chief Legal Officer and I would have thought her priorities wouldn't be to update the website. I would have thought other matters like looking at the impact of GDPR, fees (Dataxu etc) would be priority.

Has anyone seen any rns or proof of GS stake? Given RG's, Tosca's stake hasn't, why should GS'? What matters is IF 1R back up their bullish comments with solid results/financials and believable outlook, addressing any industry challenges then the sp will take of itself.
