I take that to mean that it is not going back to Rotterdam and there is no information as to which port it is going to next. I do not think that it would be used on this occasion it will be used long term for delivering barges for HARL. I say this because the client only has two Heavy Lift vessels so I presume they would want it back into service ASAP. However, it is possible that after the repairs are completed it could drop off a couple of barges to Cory on route to its next job.

Dawski37 ref 16.29 post the courts vacations are set in advance and are not related to cases. I do not believe that an individual judge can decide to change these dates. Also as High Court Judges will be hearing cases during the normal court term so with a JR like IM they might use the vacation when they are not hearing cases to write complicated judgement.

LSE03 ref 15.17 post Marketing seem to be having a busy September this is the third event that HARL is exhibiting at.

Also I note that and I think this is common ground that in the case of IM mitigation measures have been proposed. If I recall correctly one of the mitigation measures is that the discharge is further out than the migatory birds would go out into the sea.

It's never easy saying goodbye, but today marks the end of an era for me.

Three and a half years ago, I embarked on an incredible journey with an amazing team. Then known as Infrastrata, it was an office of just a handful of people on King William Street. I have seen it grow and evolve into a multi-site, successful business that wins game-changing contracts.

My three proudest achievements during my time at the company are...

- Leading the comms and public affairs campaign to secure FSS, this really has secured a bright shipbuilding future for Belfast which will leave a legacy for generations to come.

- Securing a visit from two UK Prime Ministers at both our Appledore and Belfast yards. The Appledore visit pushed UK shipbuilding up the agenda for UK Government and lead to the establishment of the NSO.

- Relaunching H & W News. This is an internal physical newspaper which used to be distributed in the Belfast yard, it is now available to all employees to pick up across all of our sites and offices.

As I reflect on my time at Harland & Wolff, I am grateful for the memories and for the support of my colleagues and associates. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of my journey and helped me grow both personally and professionally. It's been an honor to work alongside such dedicated and talented individuals.

The Harland & Wolff story is one I will continue to watch closely and with great fondness. In particular, I cannot wait to see the first FSS warship come out of the Belfast yard!

On Monday, I will be joining the Federation of Master Builders as Director of Communications. Here I will lead the communications, marketing and policy & public affairs functions for the organisation.

The marketing team will be busy in September by the look of things. You have both the LSIW 2023 and the DESI2023 both in September. Hopefully HARL can pick up some contracts as far as I can see so far HARL did not pick up any work from attending DSEI2021.

Trickymatters ref 12.48 post Yes the annual report this year was published on time on 30 June. Last year they were published late but within the extension that had been granted.

Consuela ref 09.00 post Not sure at the moment whether it would be sustainable but on the basis of known information a £200m turnover next year is possible. The key is whether the refurbishment next year that was mentioned last year is or is not the SeaRose. If it is not then a £200m turnover is likely. From 2025 onwards we will have a baseline of circa £100m courtesy of the FSS contract. It would therefore seem that £200m turnover might be achieved without any contribution from Offshore wind.

HarChris ref 16.30 post as I have said previously the High Court is on summer vacation and is not back until September. I am not expecting a judgement to be handed down during the summer vacation which means judgement not before September.

Xenor ref 11.11 post my initial thought was that it was as the contract value seemed about right. However the length of the drydocking is not right. This leaves two possibilities either it is the SeaRose and the length of the drydocking has been doubled or it is another large contract. Whichever is correct would be good for HARL.

LSE03 ref 15.23 post it may be that the BoD know the result and are waiting for the contract to be signed before making an announcement.

A quick check at Companies House shows that this new company is a rename of Harland and Wolff (Energy). This makes sense as the purported work that HWE was going to do did not fit with the name. That being the case it is likely that work has being done in the background to move this project forward.

Interesting news in particular because of this from the RNS about the tugs project 'Echandia as battery and electrical control systems specialists' So the new managing director will be coming from one of HARLs consortium partners. Looking forward to more news.

Broomtree ref 23.11 post They have worked together on projects. If my memory serves me right Artemis used one of the HARL Berths to do tests. So I suspect that if Artemis needed a builder then HARL would be in a good position.
