I do suspect that the market is not convinced in management ability to deliver it. We need to separate the two. If I am right on the market view then the share price will not increase to anywhere near true value until JW proves he can deliver on the strategy.

Having now read the contract with the Mod referenced in Kaeren's 01.35 post I think that the logical explanation is that having sold the two ships the MoD had to buy back something which they now need or did not intend to sell with the ships.

My view is that it might take sometime before the SP responds to the fundamentals. If you believe in the fundamentals then invest as market sentiment can change.
