When the details of the LTIP were announced anumber of people on this board said that the share price would be higher than the 37.5p price that would be needed for the options to vest in 2023. (See RNS of 22 December 2022.) Under the terms of the LTIP there is about a month left for the share price to reach this price for a full award. I am not going to express a view on whether this would be achieved due to a lack of information. I note that assuming that the LTIP has been formally executed JW and AR will get 30% of the award.

I am rather relaxed about the RNS situation as the LSE interview is after close so any information that should be covered by a RNS can be given during the presentation.

Bubble2021 ref 07.41 post I am going to disagree with you for this reason. The charge that Matanya100 links to in his 21.34 post it is taken against the accounts of Harland & Wolff (Belfast) Limited. It therefore cannot in my opinion be used to fund a separate company like Harland & Wolff Energy Limited. The more likely explanation is that due to the timing difficulties between expenditure for goods to progress FSS related work and payment on the FSS Sub Contract the loan has been taken out.

JamesH85 ref 18.52 It is possible it would depend on a number of things. Firstly, there is the response to the Defence Sub Committee Report on procurement. Secondly, it would depend on who replaces him. Finally and related to the first point there is the question of how far whoever replaces him goes along with competitive tendering as a default position rather than a poilcy of building all frigates in Scotland.

Bubble2021 ref 18.48 post the judicial review was of the decision by the Secretary of State to grant Development Control Orders for the construction of two offshore wind farms off the suffolk coast. I am still reading the judgement but it might give an indication as to how the NI High Court will decide the IM JR. As we do not know the exact grounds of challenge in the IM JR we cannot be sure on this. The judgement does however gives a int how the English High Court decides the distinction between merits and reasons challenges.

Kaeren ref 18.28 post My preference is always read the actual judgement rather than press reports. Press reports of a judgement will be selective. In this a 48 page judgement was summarised in half a page so clearly a lot of what was said was left out.

The SY Adela arrived in OQ yesterday and is due to be staying until at least the 18. The Lady Ellen remains in OQ so there appears to be two yachts in OQ. Does anyone know what theLady Ellenasits departure date keeps being put back.
