I see that @that_stocks_guy on twitter is still saying that IM should be disposed of. The original argument for saying this was the need to raise funds. I am not sure that argument is still valid assuming it ever was. It reminds me of when Katya was first appointed as a NED it was said this was to steer a sale of IM. That does not appear to have been the case.

Looking at their website https://www.panocean.com/eng/Main this looks like a good client to have as there is a goodchance of repeat business.

I am moving this to its own thread the Prime Minster has this morning announced 100 new oil and gas licenses for the North Sea. With all the fabrication work as well as support vessels that this many licenses will generate looks like HARL might be busy for sometime.

Si_Derman ref 07.28 post thank you for confirming my recollection that the SeaRose was a 70 day drydocking. Either the length of the drydocking for the SeaRose has been doubled or this contract is for another vessel and not the SeaRose. If the latter then HARL will have contracts for over 50% of the anticipated 2024 revenues from two contracts.

Further to my 07.08 post I made an error this contract is probably not the SeaRose drydocking. When I looked at the SeaRose tender it was for a 70 day drydocking this is for double that length. I am therefore not sure what this contract is for.

This LoI if it gets converted to a binding contract represents about 25% of the total projected income for 2024 so next year looks like it will be good.

I am not sure if the vessel is the SeaRose but the quoted contract value seems inline with my previous research. I am a bit concerned that there is no binding contract at this stage. Hopefully the contract will be executed on time.

LSE03 ref 17.00 post I note that on page 4 of the summary report it says 'MOW has been awarded an option to lease for a

495 MW floating wind project off the coast of the Isle of Lewis as part of the ScotWind leasing round.' I cannot remember is it Arnish or Methil that is in Lewis?

Also on the same page in relation to another project sponsor it says ' Morwind is committed to working and

collaborating with local, regional and national partners, engaging the local supply chain, stakeholders and communities and adding value through innovation, efficiency and social impact.' They are based in South West England so as yousay near Appledore. So the connections that HARL can make may provide work for more than one site.

Kaeren ref 10.28 post looking at the photos I was wondering could that be a barge on a lorry? You can see red and white paint work which if I recall was the same paintwork as on the Puffin. With all the problems with getting calm seas transport by road which would be time consuming might be considered.
