To be balanced posts overall would need to recognise both the positive and negative points about HARL. Truly balanced posts are not generally favoured because in the main most posters appear to be of the view that you are either a ramper or a deramper.

What I think is more likely is that the Judge will be writing his judgement over the summer as he would not have any other cases to distract him. If I am right we will have a decision in early September.

The deep water terminal will also allow larger cruise ships to dock.

NigelHaemoglobin ref 10.58 post I assume when you take it out you mean a takeover. I am not keen on a takeover as it would deprive shareholders of any future increase in value. IF there was to be a takeover at sometime in the future then I would be more likely to support such an offer if there was a mixture of share and cash.

Hopefully with the news this morning that at long last the government has launched the Home Shipping Credit Guarantee Scheme HARL will be able to conclude more contracts more quickly. This is especially the case as now they have apparently dropped the size requirement to qualify for a loan.

I cannot remember which government minister it was who promised this for last year but at least they delivered on it. I think that HARL was waiting for this to help with a number of contracts. Hopefully this will help.

I disagree with her point of view on IM and her legal analysis of the merits of the JR that does not mean that she should be prevented from stating them. Having read your posts today I am going to take her off filter.
