knicol - strictly speaking the results are due not overdue. The company has stated that they expect to post year end results in August. This gives them five trading days including today to post results before they can be said to be late.

knicol46 - I am going to respectfully disagree with you on the question of placings. It has been over a year since the last placing which according to the RNSs was in May 2016. If you are right about placings following good news then we should of had at least one placing since then.

knicol - On the basis of the recent RNSs and the interim report that would seem a distinct possibility

August starts tomorrow and the Annual Report is due sometime in August so what is everyone expecting to see in it? I would expect to see if the operating profit figure is better than at this point last year. Also the Net Profit figure will be interesting. Aside from these financials the post period news may be of note.

Can somebody explain where the shares that are being trading on ISDX have come from? I thought it had issued all the shares that he had authority to issue.
