who has had problems with the site over the last two days. Yesterday it took most of the morning to get on the site after I left it just before 8am. Today it did not take as long but again had problems. I thought they did site maintenance last week.

JonesR - Are you sure that is right? It is just that soemone posted confidently yesterday that with all the new shares coming to the market we would be down 5%.

I agree with toiler the issue for the market is what are the revenues going forward and how much profit is being generated. While Cobre is making a good level of profits it is being reinvested therefore the net income which is what the markets are looking at is less. Until SML comes out with projected earnings figures the share price is unlikely to progress further.

KnightTrader - Comments noted. In relation to your sell price I tend to invest for the long term so I would probably not be selling for a number of years. I will of course keep the matter under constant review.

Scotman - You may have hit on part of the reason for the bond conversion exercise. It is possible that the release of the money from the escrow account is to help avoid having to drawdown the Rinehart money.

AndyG -If I recall correctly it was never the case that Gina Rinehart would provide any funding from the completion of stage 1 funding. The money only became eligible to be drawndown once the other stage 1 had been spent. From SXX's point of view I can see merit in unwinding the agreement with Ms Rinehart if they can raise enough money fromstage 2 without using it.

tryingto - Unless there is a share price movement this week the share price will not have moved for a month shich I would definitely call stable. Hopefully it will remain this stable until the results come out. If it does then I might topup just before the results come out.

It was obvious to everybody at the time but you that the results to 31 March could not have been due for release in April. You were the one that was saying that it would be. When I am given information I always check it to make sure it is accurate.

Hottrader - The dates you have been given are in line with previous years so are likely to be accurate. On the question of doing my own research as you obviously do not know the difference between years end and the release of the year end figures perhaps you are the one who needs to do dome basic research.

misiekm - Most institutional investors will not invest in AIM shares. Also even if you were on the main market you would not avoid shorts.

hottrader - I note that you have not said the source of your information. I am unable to assess the reliability of what you say without knowing your source.

barnaberible - The question would be whether the life of redmoor will be long enough to persuade lenders to invest. In the case of Sirius the life of the mine is twice the 50 years that is being used for the purposes of obtainng finance. I cannot recall the life of the development of Redmoor. Has anyone costed how much it would cost to bring Redmoor to production?

PhaseOne - The only reason that HMG are willing to give Sirius the guarantee is the �100,000,000 in corporation tax revenue they will get when the mine is operational and the reduction in the balance of payments. If it was not for this I do not think that HMG would be interested at all.
