SBMGB - The problem with most of the valuation methods in this is that they presume that the company you are valuing is a trading company and therefore has earnings. I doubt that they are of much use in valuing SXX for that reason.

Mr.dt - look on the bright side your inveestment is up just over a third and will increase instead of being down a third.

While the article is not bad it would have been helpful if it had said more about over aspects like the stretch target for first production.

I presume that this is being paid for from the Sirius Foundation which was set up as part of the Planning Conditions. In which case as �2million was paid into the foundation this year this seems a reasonable use of some of that money. I hope the Company has a large banner at the event.

AscotM - One error I noticed is that you used the wrong corporation tax figure. I understand that it would be 17.5% by the time we get into production.

duracell - Thanks for that. CF has a stretch target to get first production by 21 March 2021. If he achieves that then the harbour facilities would need to be ready by then.

Has there been any news on how work on the harbour facilities are progressing?

Cranleigh - Do you have any idea as to why there is a 2% difference between the two if they both exclude nominee shareholders. Also it would seem that if you add the sares held by the Board around 70% are owned by private invstors either directly or through nominee accounts.

I am still hoping to attend this this year. Is anyone planning a meet up after the AGM or planning to stopover. If I do intend I plan on using the leisure suite.

Duracell - There is another issue and it relates to your point. Institutional Investors could be put into two camps. In the first you have the likes of HL and Barclays who are nominee shareholders. The second are the tracker funds who are investing on their own account for the benefit of customers. It is not immediately clear if you count both types in the calculations of whether the target hs been met. It does not help when some Institutional Investors straddle both camps.

Aubery - Is that document on the website. In the annual report which was issued on Monday it said that the CEO had a stretch target of 21 March 2021 to get to first production.

I have just bought some shares in this company mainly because I wanted to pick up the dividends which are due to be paid out next week I will then probably reduce my shareholding. Apart from the dividends does anybody have this as a long term hold for capital growth.
