booboo - Read the half year report if you have not it makes an interesting read. As I said will wait until year end results before deciding whether to increase my holding

I have just read this. As I am seriously in the red on this share I am not intending at present on increasing my holding but will review the situation at years end. What I would look to see is if the company is close to making a profit on the year. Also some evidence that it will be starting some trading to bring in a revenue stream.

hottrader - Where did you get the information that the final results will be released on 31 August. I can see no RNS to that effect. The reason for the results coming out on 31 August is that you have been confusing two different things. The company's year end to which the auditted accounts have to be done by which in this case is 31 March. This is different from the date the final accounts are released which will be sometime later. Everyone was telling you this but you just would not listen.

meldrew - The share price is at 1.8 so you are expecting a drop in the price on this news? Personally I owuld not expect a rise on this news. I am holding and not increasing my holding for now. I would need a RNS that gives some projected revenues and a timeline for when they will come. I suspect the market is waiting for the same.

stop testing at Hanns Camp and starting production. I am inclined to think that we have reached the stage where HC should go into production so that the revenue can fund any further exploration at HC

fathere - if TSTR what price do you think would be offered for the shares not owned by Odey I can see a price slightly higher than the current one. In fact you could probably get most of the shares for 1p.

fathere - While I can think of one reason why it may be taken private what is your reasoning for thinking it may be taken private?

that there will be a share consolidation exercise at anytime as we have a large number of shares in issue

Lupidog - You have just caused a small bell to go off for me. If the prospects for LCCM are so good why did a previous owner effectively part fund its sale to another purchaser.

hottrader - What are you going to say when April comes and goes and the year end results have not been published as you hae been saying they will be.

But the share price might take a hit in trading today due to uncertainty caused by the risk of a full blown trade war.

I note that the RNS came out about three hours after my 10.48 asking about this application.

what happened with the application to reduce the share premium account. I thougt this was going to Cour tlast month but there has been no RNS with the result. If anyone has an email address for the company it would be much appreciated.

ex-sparky - I can think of two reasons for that the first is that for some reason the trade was not registered. I know that has happened as one of my share purchases did not show up on the list of trades for that day. The second is that the as the person that filed the notification appears to be a nominee holder that the shares are the sum total of a number of smaller shares.

What I noted is that means over 11% of the company is owned by a Canadian company who reviously did not have any shares in the company. That does not sound like a punt what do they know

Is anyone going to the AGM? As I cannot make it due to haviong to be in London I will be giving HL instructions to vote against the resolutions in relation to the allotment of shares. They say that they do not intend to use the authorities so I do not see why they should be given it. If anything changes then they can call a general meeting to obtain the necessary authorities then.

Rolin - I agree but the drop in revenues and gross profit was a disappointment. I note that the share price has picked up from earlier lows so maybe the market is taking a more considered view

The results are disappointing as most of the main financial indicators have gone the wrong way. In particular the fact that the revenues were down is a concern. The six months to September results are due by end of December I am going to wait until then to see before maiing any adjustments to my holdings.
