OzinHk - You need to change the Corporation Tax rate to 17% as it is due to go down to this by 2021. Also it is unlikely that any Corporation Tax will be due during the 2020/21 -2022/3 tax years as the accumulated trade losses would offset any Corporation Tax due. Also I am not sure that you are right that there would be no cashflow for the next 7 years. After production costs and debt repayments I would anticipate some cashflow.

OzinHK - My concern is less of any action by the EU in relation to tariffs my concern is that any Free Trade Agreement would be delayed if certain amendments were to be passed. My principal concern is that say HMG are negotiating, or intending to negotiate, a free trade agreement with Brazil whihc would see tariffs agreed which are lower than in an agreement with the EU. If some of the amendments were to be passed we would need to wait while the negotating mandate is agreed by Parliament before the agreement is negotiated. That is just one area of potential delay.

I am a bit wary of flagging this up but I have a concern that the current position of HMG is such that some of the amendments to this bill will be passed other than HMG's own amendments. Some of these amendments will slow down the process of agreeing free trade agreements. This might impact on sirius in that it cannot benefit from the agreements until they are made and could in certain circumstances increase costs as a result of the delays.

Lokkingat - The other perhaps mor relevant question is if the capital expenditure requirement has gone down do we still need it. Would it be cheaper to drawdown the stage 2 finance earlier than originally intended as opposed to using the Gina money?

Can I ask how far is Teesport from the RBT and Brans Sands. I ask this as there is a bill going through Parliament which when it passes would allow Teessport to be desgnated as a Freeport. If Teesport is designated as a freeport what effect would it have, if any, on Sirius

The only obstacle left in relation to the MTS is the court order to mine the shaft under those parts of the route not already owned by Sirius. This is due to be heard sometime between October and the end of the year. Pity we cannot get it listed as vacation business

MrMath - The gain on the SP today is inline with both the FTSE100 and the 250. I suspect that the share price may have been affected by external factors.

Chrisatbrides - Chris Fraser has a stretch target of March 2021 for First Polyhalite and I saw First Revenue in 2021 on a recent presentation so I interpret that as meanig that SXX are looking to produce some saleable quality Poly 4 sometime in H1 of 2021 if at all possible.

Jack1988 - I have seen NHS meeting papers where the list of accronyms goes on for three pages. The problem with abbreviations, and there are some on here who perhaps overuse abbreviations, is that there meaning can change depending on the circumstances they are being used.

SL - Read the RNS again. They will bring on the planned port facilities at a future date. I suspect that this will be more or less as originally planned. The current agreement is for 10 years so they can increase capacity to 20mtpa at any time during that 10 year period. If demand warrants it they could bring on the new port facilities and extend the current agreement.

Between the overnight news and the effect of some minor event in Moscow on Wednesday i fear we are goin g to have a week of market volatility and weak volumes putting unnecessary pressure on the share price unless we get news.
