Roulette - the problem was that they could not use the majority of the capital reciepts from the sale of the houses to build any new houses. These were widely expected to have been published yesterdaybut were not. Does anyone have any idea as to why there is a delay if there is one and/or when the results will be published. While revenues from poly 4 sales will probably always be the main source of revenue for SXX there remains three further possible sources of revenue for SXX.

First, on the way to the Polyhalite seam the shaft will pass other minerals which while not as cash generative as the polyhalite seam may provide a further income source if they can be economically mined.

Second, as mentioned in the ADM RNS Sirius will build a binder factory to provide the binder for Poly 4. If the factory produces more binders than neded is there a market for any surplus.

Third, Sirius can seek to exploit it's Patents to provide a revenue stream from Royalty payments for using the thecnology. As this does not invole any costs other than legal fees this would be pure profit whihc could defray adminstrative expenses of running the company.

As the company as far as Iam aware have never said that the inetrim results will be published today we cannot say that they are late. That said the fact that the statement in morningstar that they would be published today was not corrected so it begs the question whay is the delay in the publication of the interim results.

Verde - The problem with that is that you must be working on the assumption that the share price only moves due to matters internal to the company and external geopolitical news would not affect the share price. I would disagree with that assumption. The share price range over the last three months can probably be put down to a combination of a lack of price moving news and geopolitical news. There is nothing in my view in the share price moves over the last 2 quarters that would justify your argument that there will be any dilution.

Verde - What is your basis for saying that stage 2 would be 20 - 25% dilution? I have seen nothing in the public domain that supports this.

Scotman - It is probably me being slow but do you know how long does it take for Poly4 to release. The document says that Polysulphate will release over 50 days.

DaveWin - Can I ask you to clarify how can any future government renationalise potash mining when if I am right it was not nationalised originally? In any event any nationalisation would have to be a two step process with the state aid rules having to be amended first then the legislation to nationalise having to be passed.
