yellowf1 In relation to your 21.44 post of yesterday if you are waiting for a sub 1p share price then in my view you are going to have a long wait. The report from Longspur may have the effect of putting a floor on the share price of 3p as that is the price they give for a placing.

yellowf1 In relation to your 18.50 post while the PHE share price has gone down for the last couple of days this would only be of concern if you are day trading. The fundamental business case remains. I take it that you have forgotten the £500k that PHE will receive when Peel exercises its option to enter an exclusivity agreement. I do not think the share price will drop much further. If it does it would still not be a concern as I will be topping up early next month so I will just get more shares.

If I recall correctly it said £3m would be raised at 3p. The Edison also indicated that there might be a need to raise funds something that was not ruled out in the annual report. It would therefore seem that we might see a fundraise sometime in the next 12 months.

cygreet In relation to your 09.33 post the waste authority are looking for an incinerator. I do not believe that they are considering gasification even though the local residents probably would be in favour.

If you read the RNS carefully you will note that the purchase was on the behalf of clients of Killick so it is probably clients who bought shares in the placing rather than Killick on its own behalf.

I am reading this does anyone know when it says there is a long list of 77 sites are these all Peel sites or do they include sites from other customers. By my claculations that makes a potential of 88 sites so far.

Piltick - In relation to your 14.20 post reading between the lines of the circular my impression is that W2T Thai once Waste2Tricity has finally sold all its interest in it is ikely to be the entity in Thailand referred to in the circular.

PigGlider - I note you are playing the man and not the ball. Rather than engaging with the points he is making you are attacking him. If you look at the points he is making they are valid. When you read the newspaper articles in the links given below it would seem that EQT new about the potential cliam for some time. Perhaps more worryingly may have known that the claim was going to be issued imminently before the placing. Until I have had a chance to read the court papers I am not increasing my investments. I will post a link to the papers once I am able to which would be in a couple of weeks.

What causes me to pause for concern is that it would appear from the newspaper articles that EQT knew about the possibility of this claim for sometime but gave no indication that a legal claim was possible. I think had the maerket known about the possibility of the claim before the drop may not of been as high.
