There are two sets of proceedings next week that may be of interest. Firstly, on Wednesday we have the Chancellor's statement according to Mark D'Arcy the BBC Parliamentary correspondent this may only be a run down of shovel ready projects that may receive assistance. I have seen one report which suggests that Protos might be on the list. If it is then the financing of the PHE site may be easier. Then on Thursday the Environmental Audit Committee has asession and to quote Mark D'Arcy from his column 'There's a rare non-Covid select committee hearing as the Environmental Audit Committee (09:30) looks at the potential of hydrogen as a green power source.' Potentially a busy week.

Next Wednesday the Chancellor of the Exchequer is due to make a statement. He has come under pressure to commit funds to support a hydrogen economy. What do you think he will do. Judging by past performance of this government a figure will be mentioed which sounds a lot but on close examination is nowhere near what is needed. I very much doubt he would be investing anything near what Germany has committed to.

yellowf1 I must confess to being intrigued by your post of 17.37. JR69's post referring to an email from DR is not the first email referring to an email conversation with DR that has been posted I know Jabberba has posted details of emails from DR. However this is only the second time that I can recall were you have reported such a post to the FCA. The previous ocassion if I remember correctly was when Telephoneman posted information of a clarfication in relation to the license fee payments. Why have you selected these two emails to complain about. Could it be because they undermine your aarguments about the viability of PHE? Personally I would be very surprised if the FCA would take any action in relation to this post as this is just reporting something that DR has said previously.

Having gone though the notes the accounts if I am reading them correctly and my maths are correct there would appear to be 8.8m warrants left to be exercised at an exercise price of 0.5p. These warrants have to be exercised by the end of this year or they will expire. In addition there are 9m in share options which will expire by March of next year.

jupitermars - Thanks for the link. This gives me renewed confidence both in the concept and the speed of rollout. The main takeaways for me are that W2T will be debt free at thetime of the takeover. Also what was said about the international rollout. t would seem that the international rollout would start very soon after the commissioning of Protos.

David1951c - In relation to your post of 08.31 and Piltick's response of 08.51 Peel as the developer will be taking on all the project costs so there is no need for PHE to raise any funds in relation to Protos or any other project. Also if PHE can conclude two additional exclusivity agrrements in addition to Peel on the same terms then they would have all the running costs for a year so any fees from sales of DMG units would be profit. Based on the adminsitrative expenses in the annual accounts.

yellowf1 In relation to your 07.57 post I agree contrarian posts are allowed but the issue is where they are not based on facts or are misleading. I have concerns that in some cases your views are not based on accurate information as in my post of 06.56 this morning correcting your 21.14 of yesterday where you gave an incorrect statement as to the current PHE cash balance.

yellowf1 - In relation to your 21.14 post of yesterday I would remind you that the cash balance reported in the Annual Report and Accounts is as at 31 Decrember 2019. In the RNS of 1 June the cash balance as at 31 May is given as circa £280,000. This is more than double the figure you quoted in your post. I hope you wrre not trying to mislead people by quoting inaccurate information. In any event as I said in my post of 18,57 PHE is due to receive £500,000 within the next 6 - 8 weeks when Peel exercises its exclusivity option.

Newboy58 - In relation to your 18.26 post judging by your past record including selling out of PHEonly for the share price to start a climb upwards. I am not sure how credible your opinion is. I do not see any need for PHE to do a placing in the immediate future. PHE are likely to receive £500,000 from the exercise by Peel of the option to take a exclusivity agreement within the next 6- 8 weeks. So what will they need to do a placng for? Construction costs for Protos will be covered by Peel. I am not aware of any large expenses that PHE has coming up that would require a placing being done.

Operastar - I am with HL and they do not charge. So it must be the policy of your broker.

Yesterday I said that the share price would go up by within 1 -3% in response to yellof1's comment about the shareshowing weakness. I wonder if I jinxed the share by saying that.
