Piltick - In relation to your 19.39 post of yesterday the annual revenue cost of this deal is £40,000,000pa for 25 years to give a contract total over the life of the contract of £1bn. If PHE with Peel's help can get this one with around 152 principal local authorities in England it would put them in good stead to get more should them want them.

Personally my view is that it would be better to find a way to dea with end of life tyres and all these tyre dumps. The issue is getting the used tyres and the DMG units together. Currently the people who own the land the tyre dumps are on do not seem inclined to build a DMG unit to get rid of the tyres. So if PHE is to build a tyre processng plant then it would need significant capital to build the plant. Such an investment does not seem to be in the current PHE strategy.

While reading a brokers note for EQT I note that they make an argument which can also be used for PHE for a P/E ratio of 18. This would give PHE a significant uplift on its current valuation if the current pipeline which stands at about 30 from the last brokers note on PHE is fully completed.

Over the next seven trading days we should recieve the Annual report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2019. Also to keep with the comment that the shareholder circular will come out this quarter the shareholder circular should come out. I am expecting the annual report for reasons i have previously stated to confound PHE's critics.

By my calculations around 58,300,000 shares have been issued following the exercise of warrants this year all at 0.5p a share does anybody know how much PHE would have received from the exercise of these warrants. This will shore up the share capital of PHE.

The Secretary of State for Trade has just announced that the UK will seek accession to the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership two of the countries in this are Australia and Japan. The current partnership contains 11 Countries this would hopefully lead to lower tariffs on exports.

fairview In relation to your 19.24 post of yesterday I am confused for the last two weeks s hare prophe ts has been advising people to invest in EQT as opposed to PHE. They seemed to not know that there are people who hold both shares. So have they gone off EQT. I do not hold stock by the there views.

ShareNewb95 In relation to your 15.32 post I agree it will not go to 1 company. I suspect it will go to a number of companies. I doubt it will go towards heling growth sector wide that is far too sensible. I just hope it does not go all on electrolysis.

I have no reason to believe this is the case so it is just idle speculation from me. What if BEIS decide to give PHE a grant from the £121m for Hydrogen Research what do peope think will happen to the share price?

Sharesport - In relation to you 13.08 post the responses will be in Commons Hansard tomorrow as the answers are not given in advance. I have just listened to the question and the answer. HMG have pledged £121m for hydrogen over I think it is two years. The indication is that they may be more money in the future. The Minister did say he has been in discussions with frms including Wrightbus. I am not sure if PHE and or Peel are among the firms he has spoken to I hope they are.

RedTedsRoadshow - In relation toyour 12.51 post the deferred shares are not in my view an issue as they do not carry voting rights. There may be a case for them being cancelled so that you only have ordinary shares. Perhaps this is an area for probing at the AGM. Depending on the exercise price of the options if thet are exercised this might actually shore up the capital of PHE so may in fact be a plus. The same is true of the warrants.
