davidblack - In relation to your 10.23 post a placing at 1.25 would be at a 100% premium to the curret share price. Are you sure that anyone would want to pay such a high premium.

Does PHE normally publish the annual report at the end of June? If I recall the annual report was published the day before the final day it could be published. When a company takes that long to publish it annual report I assume it is going to be bad. However that was not the case last year with PHE and I do not expect it to be the case this year.

z-cars In relation to your 09.38 post I would point out that DR is also a shareholder in W2T. I suspect that most W2T shareholders might be making a loss depending on how much they paid for their shares.

Malachi - In relation to your 16.33 post while I would agree with you about the use of abbreviations as this letter was being written to a group of Parliamentarians who have an interest in Hydrogen so you would expect them to understand most of the abbreviations. The one they might not have come across DMG was explained.

PHE have made a submission to this inquiry. I wonder if EQT will be supporting the response?

aandi - In relation to your 13.37 post I am not sure that it is possible to run the system for 24/7/365 as downtime may be needed for maintenance of the gasification chamber. I use 350 days running when doing calculations of the PHE system. The two systems are suffciently similar that I would suggest that you might want to consider using it as the basis of caculations of possible revenue. This would give you a possible range for revenue.

Hertstrader74 In relation to your post of 08.01 you can ignore the share price showing as it might change when the market opens and is not always reliable.

I would strongly caution against using the accounts published today to compare EQT and PHE as the most recent accounts for PHE cover a different period to the accounts published for EQT today. Anyone wanting to do a fair comparison between the two should wait for the 2019 accounts for PHE to be published at the end of the month.

EQT have published thier year end accounts and over on ADVFN we have people comparing the two companies. Personally on a quick read I am happy to keep my current holdings in EQT and PHE. Going forward the ratio of EQT and PHE shares will probably remain about as now. What the PHE bashers fail to mention is that PHE without any published revenues has a superior debt to equity ratio to EQT. I have not done the conversion but I believe that the loss is the same. However this is not for the same period as PHE has not yet published its accounts for the year to December 2019.

The main take away for me is that there was a small operating profit as the cost of sales was less than the revenues so it is not costing EQT more to make sales than they receive from the sales.

Cerea - In relation to your 12.32 post I have them on a watch. They have planning permission so are about two to three years away from having an operational factory.

Shahadow In relation to your 22.41 post of yesterday you state ' but the timescale for phe to start having a real impact seems to be 15-20 years away which concerns me a little' How do you come to a timescale of 15 - 20 years for a real impact. Depending on the speed and scale of the rollout I would have thought the impact would be felt sooner than that. This would especially be the case if the number of overseas sales is high.

Piltick - In relation to your post of 14.40 on checking the Companies House Records up until February of this year Ben White held between 25 - 50% of the shares in W2T and was a person exercising significant control. Then in February of this year he ceased to be a person exercising signifcant control so his holding in W2T would have gone down below 25%.

Rooky In relation to your 12.51 post conidering his previous notifications this is quick by comparison. I make it a reduction of about 0.19%. Of note he will not have to disclose any further sales. Did we ever get any notifications of disposals by Paul Warwick? We have been told that his holding is now below 3% but not how it came down.

Piltick - In relation to your 16.57 post W2T have not shown much sign of wishing to expedite matters they may need a rocket being fired under them.

Baz28 - In relation to your 13.41 post it cannot be completed in that timeframe as the PHE shareholders would need to approve the roposal and that would need an EGM. The notice period for which would be longer than the period you suggest in your post.

Dodger47 - In relation to your 12.35 post I am starting to doubt that W2T really want this takeovr and are oing all they can to frustrate the process.

I have just remembered something which might affect the revenues that PHE will get from Protos. The site is held on a long lease by W2T so when the takeover of W2T is completed any revenues that W2T receives from Protos would go into the group accounts. In those circumstances the revenues from Protos might be higher than for other sites.
