I have read it and what I find most interesting is what it says about its fniancial position. Current cash balance of £280,000 and further incoming fees. Also I find it intereting that it has enough cash to last until Q4. This debunks Saturday's article see the link in my post of yesterday.

Cerea In relation to your 12.29 post I think Jacknife like me would like a lower share price to buy shares. But that is where the similarity ends I will invest at the price on the day I am investing. Jacknife appears to want to bring the shareprice down to his buy in price. My best advice is not to do anything until the annual report and accounts are out as that will give the best clue as to if the company is on track.

Cerea - In relation to your 11.54 post I note that the deramper in chief on that thread appears to be Jaknife who seems to think that a placing is on the way. I see no evidence of any need for that. We will know for sure within the next month when the annual repport and accounts are issued.

Javbri - In relation to your 11.35 post In the planning statement for the planning application, if my memory is correct, it said construction would take about six months. There was a planning advisory that ground clearance work should not start during the bird breeding season. There have been indications that some work may have started that would not impact on bird breeding sites. I would therefore anticipate that the work should be completed by the end of Q1 next year or the begining of Q2.

On Friday there was a post that on ADVFN there were negative posts about PHE apparently some made reference to debts. If anybody has seen any such posts can they confirm what was said. I have no objection to negative posts so log as they are based on facts. I find these attacks interesting as they seem like people are seeking to discredit PHE or bring the share price. However what is troubling is the suggestion that PHE is near insolvent this is, as stated in the tweet, not borne out by the last set of accounts. Also it is inconsistent with the half year results. When the year end results come out in a month I expect them to make interesting reading.

If anyone is on ADVFN and see any negative posts with such inaccurate information if possible can you cross post so I can see what is being said.

I would observe that the initial unit is likely to generate electricity only with subsequent units being hydrogen and electricity. In comparison with ITM who are the main users of electrolysis with this methhod you cannot be affected by a ban on water extraction because of a drought. Also it costs ITM more to produce Hydrogen than they make selling it. If you look at ITM's last Annual Accounts they have an operating loss.

Not sure which site you are refferring to Dr.Anomaly but I suspect that DR has more than enough t worry abut at the moment than some online comment. So my advice is not to bother complaining to him as he will be focussed on the takeover, annual report and the AGM all will need dealing with over the next two months.

A BEIS consultation on changes to the CfD auction rules for round 4 which will be launched next year has just finished. Depending on the outcome of the consultation if PHE can bid and do so sucessfully to supply electricity under this round then it would be possible for PHE/Peel to effectively forward sell all the electricity output from the 11 sites before they are built. It would in my opinion be a brave local authority that would refuse planning permission for a plant that would be selling the electricity it is producing to the National Grid.

PHPHPH In relation to your 17.05 post I am personally not worried as if it is it just means that when I come to topup in a few weeks time I will be able to get more shares than I will at this price.

Kenny100 - In relation toyour 16.39 post have we had official confirmation that PHE is listed in Germany as I would of have thought that it would need some kind of notification to shareholders if there was to be such a listing.
