z.cars In relation to your 13.30 post having read the note I found it fair but noted that it did not give an actual valuation figure. Also there is an inconsistency although it mentions on two ocassions that there is a pipeline of 30 sites it also states that there is a pipeline of 24 sites in addition to the Peel sites. It would therefore seem that the pipeline is between 30 and 35 sites.

Due to the timing of having available funds I will not be able to invest here before the current placing has completed. With a 100-1 consolidation that would mean on the current share price with me paying around 36p a share. How much credence do people think I can give to whatis said in the RNS about contract opportunities at H and W.

The condition in the option has to enter into a UK exclusivity agreement will hav been complied with next Wednesday. ow long after that do people think it will be before Peel exercises the option.

I note that yesterday's share volume was equal to approximately 45 - 48% of the placing shares at just under 1bn shares traded. It looks like we may have a couple of days with the share price under pressure.

z-cars In relation to your 13.33 post in my 13.09 post I was not saying I thought that there would be saying. What I was saying is as CWR, AFC, VLS and EQT have all had placings within the last six months the market might be expecting PHE to follow suit.

I can think of two possible reasons for today's drop. Firstly, the rise to a new 52 week high was due to people expecting those incompetent idiots were actually going to announce something on hydrogen during the fiscal statement this week and then did not. Secondly, after first AFC and then EQT this morning did placings that PHE will be announcing a placing and have marked the share down. I could be wrong and it is just profit taking.

Unless I missed it there was no mention of how many new shares were being issued under the placing. I would of thought that was an essential piece of information.

Invnew In relation to your 17.26 post as I said in response to asimilar post this morning that is a question only you can answer. Having done your own research and not just simply listened to what somebdy on a bulletin board you need to consider your own personal circumstances. Then make your own mind up.

The Chief Secretary to the Treasury has just said that any announcement on a hydrogen strategy will come from the Prime Minister. This would rule out anything being said at the autumn statement.

Longtermpete In relation to your 14.49 post I would not say the taskforce will be spearheaded by the PM. Rather I think it is kicking the matter down the road. There was no reason why the strategy could not have been announced today. Hopefully, we will not have to wait for the autumn statement for the announcement of a strategy.

aandi In relation to your 12.47 post your calculations and assumptions are off. PHE has a pipeline of orders inclusive of the 11 Peel sites of 35 sites. One thse are all built that would give PHE an annual income of £17.5m. Assuming that it takes 5 years to build all 35 sites on a 20 year lifespan this would give PHE £350m in license fee income. This does not include any international sales.

Despite all the pressure the Chancellor did not mention anything about a hydrogen strategy in his statement. I note that there is a general debate on the economy due to start after questions on the statement. I am not sure if there will be anything said about hydrogen in that debate.
