Once we have a working DMG unit then I suspect that PHE will be able to gain traction rather quickly. In any case the CfD Aucion round 4 is next year so PHE may be able to obtain funding through that route.

swazers In relation to your 00.18 post I would have more confidence in your predictions if what the share is actually doing supports what you say the charts say will happen. The current trading range does not show the share price going anywhere near 6p. I would not expect any significant move up on the share price until we get news in relation to either the Protos development or confirmation of the signing of some exclusivity agreements. As far as exclusivity agreements are concerned any movement is more likely if this comes with news of a confirmed project.

For your information I still have a five figure holding in EQT. If I had doubts as to the technology or the company then I would have disposed of it.

It is being reported that the Secretary of State for Local Government and Housing is proposing far reaching changes to the planning system. I need to see the full proposals but it may be that under the new system planning applications could be dealt with significantly quicker with in principle decisions being made. If that proves to be the case then a shorter period for obtaining planning permission may shorten the time to get new DMG units up and running.

I note the reference to 'and worldwide' in the statement this makes me wonder if they may be planning to bring infringement proceedings elsewhere.

What I found interesting is that he says 11 sites will be built in the next few years with over 60 to follow. This does not include non Peel sites which means that we would have over 100 sites in the UK. All looks good.

markbantam - In relation to your 16.41 post while I see PHE/Peel doing a collaboration with a third party I do not think it will be ITM. The two technologies are not the same also a succesful PHE could undercut ITM as far as the cost of supplying hydrogen is concerned. It also has to bear in mind that the PHE model means that the site owner may actually be making money out of a link up with PHE so the license fee would be recouped.

Gunfish I think you may have been right the first time as if I recall three weeks notice is needed for a AGM so the earliest would be 24 August.
