It may be that PHE can raise that sum other than through a placing.

Does anyone know why the spread is over 6%?

Pidlan In relation to your 08.13 post is that why the share has opened up? Actually they did give an indication on the when. The RNS states that theynhave enugh cash until early Q4. That would put any fundraise in October. With the AGM sometime between the 14 and 30 September this would allow for any resolutions at the agm that may be necessary.

Is there a feel of when we might get an update on the various outstanding projects? I would like to see at least one project successfully started before we have an announcement of another agreement.

Desertwolfch In relation to your 07.52 post this is something that could be pressed at the AGM if no news emerges before. I am sure that work is going on in the background DR comes across as the kind of person who will only make an announcement when he has an agreement signed today's RNS notwithstanding.

longtermpete In relation to your post of 07.32 see my post of 07.32 raising of finance does not equal share dilution. There are other options to raise funds.

Iseenoships In relation to your 07.21 post I am not sure that raising funds will of necessity mean a dilution of shares. An equity fundraise is one possibility as PHE will have a revenue stream it could seek a revloving credit line. At present it does not have any long term debt so this cannot be ruled out.

tatty99 In relation to your 15.20 post construction can start anytime after next week Tuesday. I would hope for an announcement this week to confirm the schedule.

Further to the list provided by DrAnomaly yesterday the breakdown of shares in PHE is just under 25% in institutional hands see DrAnomaly's list for how that is brokendown. 1.17% held by Directors or connected persons. 57.71% held in Nominee Accounts where the account holds more than 3% of the issued share capital. Leaving approximately 16.12% of the shares held by individuals or corporations in thier own names. Please Note these figures pre date the takeover of W2T so need to be adjusted to reflect the takeover. Ben White's shareholding is within the 16.12% figure.

loadsadough -In relation to your 05.01 post you forgot the link. I would observe that while initially the DMG will be dealing with unrecycable waste plastic like other gasification processes it can deal with other carbon based waste so any reduction in supply would not be an issue. It is worth noting that local authorities are being targetted so PHE could always take the MSW as well as the waste plastic. On the whole it is an interesting development but not a major concern at present.

KingShott In relation to your 07.08 post there is an argument for saying you should not release news in August. The reason for this is that most experienced traders and experts will be on holiday. This would also ossibly explain the low volumes.

I can find no proponent of gasification on it. This make me concerned about any future hydrogen strategy will it be slanted towards electrolysis?

isalingebruik In relation to youor 17.32 post a late 8,000,000 share trade has been posted. I am not sure if it was a buy or sell. Even if it has been posted as a buy it could be either how the share opens tomorrow will be an indicator.

G-Man11 in relation to your 17.00 post with respect if you read the order for the scheduling conference, the link to which you can find from my posting history, it is premature to write off the infringement case. True from the 28/07/2020 RNS EQT has a strong defence. However, that only makes me to put this share as a hold largely for the reasons in your 15.14 post. We are awaiting news on a number of deals coupled with the infringement claim until we have more clear news that the other projects are moving forward I cannot see a basis for putting this as anything other than a hold. I am obviously more cautious than you.

Notforalongtime - In relation to your 00.13 post I am optimistic about the chances of the share price appreciating well. However that is based on a particular scenario which is not guaranteed. On the plus side there is an investing framework being developed by institutional investors to help moving towards Net Zero which might benefit PHE. Next year wil probably give a good indication as to how the share price will go.

Piltick - In relation to your 17.37 I would respectfully correct one thing it is the interim results for the six months to 30 June 2020 that is due at the end of September. On the question of the exercise of the option by Peel I thnk as they have promoted PHE at two webinars that I know of we can assume they have exercised the option.

daveness - In relation toyour 16.57 post hopefully but it does not always. If you compare the price now with what it was 12 minths ago you will see how far it has gone in that time. In 12 months time the price may have gone up even more. Oh I would advise you to ignore Yellowf1 as there is no factual basis to what he says.
