Withsix weeks to go until the first haring n this matter on 8 October I can find no evidence that the complaint has been formally served on any f the defendants. If Aries was so confident of their complaint I would have expected that at least the US defednats would have been served by now. I am coming to the view that this case is going nowhere.

Loosegoose I just checked the FSS programme is a £1.5bn programme so if Team Resolute wins it even a 20% revenue cut to INFA would be transformative. With the PM's comments yesterday I would not rule that out.

If the two shipyards do manage to win significant contracts then a P/E ratios would have to be applied to work out the value of INFA. A very unscientific check of other P/E ratios gives a range of between 10 and 15. In yesterday's RNS it was said that they were looking at contracts in the 20 - 100m range. This would give a very interesting valuation even if the earnings are at 50% of the contract value.

A very interesting RNS one thing I picked up on is the land by the sea. If this is not needed for the shipyard it might make a very nice marina with apartments. Hopefully HMG will speed up the export guarantees for the work at Appleyard. On the whole it is starting to look like my punt on this share might pay off.

z-cars - In relation to your 10.54 post I am not sure there is forward selling as that would imply an imminent placing and there is insufficient information to support that. My view is that Friday's sell off was to bring the share price down in anticipation of Monday's RNS and a bounce in the share price. While yesterday's RNS did say that additional finance will need to be raised I am not convinced that it ould be by a placing. One reason is that it would dilute DR's shareholding so I suspect that it is something he would want to avoid.

martinu - In relation to your 07.56 post in my experience a week to get minutes out is quite good.

Yellowf1 In relation to your 08.46 post if you take any brokers forecast of the value of PHE then discount by 50% as it is not independent you do not get to sub 1p. Cn you therefore explain how you get to your figure of 0.6? Also I would point out that gasification as a technology is not new. In fact I believe that EQT have had a plant running is Spain for over 100,000 hours without problem. In addition Sierra Energy working with the DoD in the US has a commercial size plant at Fort Liggett. The exact method of gasification is not the same as with PHE but the chemistry is the same so there is no logical reason for the PHE method not too work.

carlotowl In relation to your 07.30 post I would give it until Thursday in case they exercise the option today. On the intra day RNS strictly speaking price sensitive information should not be disclosed while the market is open. Therefore any RNS should be issued before 8am in relation to the exercise of the option.

Dodger777 I wonder what the market reaction will be. As we are in August it might be more upbeat than normal.

This acquisition looks like a good opportunity. Hopefully there can be a recuction in overheads from Osprey as they seem to have significant overheads. It is worth noting that it will start to contribute to earnings from next year.

Piltick In relation to your 10.52 post I agree with you but would add another possibility. The cash raise may be for R&D purposes. In the annual report it made reference to a product catalogue. To develop such a catalogue and the products would take funding. In that case PHE might take the opportunity of Protos being built and the current share price to do what would have been prohivitve last year and raise funds to expedite the creation ofa product range.

KayP In relation to your 10.36 post bearing in mind the sell off on Friday I suspect that some people knew that a RNS was coming so sold off to bring the share price down and then bought back more this mornng. This would of course be illegal but is the only logical explanation for Friday's drop.
