DSEI 2021 starts on Tuesday and H&W are attending on the DSEI 2021 website they have a video on their listing in the list of exhibitors. With luck this might raise some interest and cause people to seek them out. My question is would attendees be attending ready to buy or just looking to see what is available.

dawski37 ref 08.34 post thanks for that. On whether it is one of the three ships to keep H&W busy in Q4 I would say probably not. My main reason for saying that is that September is in Q3. Also the feel I get from the way the post was worded is that there might be work in addition to the three ship deal. But we can wait and see.

I have just checked the list of people exhibiting at DSEI 2021 and TP Group are not attending. If one of the important sectors you are operating in is Defence NOT to be at DSEI is inexplicable. This is one of the major if not the major exhibition in the defence field. It allows for direct approach to potential clients. I would not be surprised if everyone of TPG's competitors will be there.

Chrisatrdg ref 11.30 post I suspect that the market is expecting some news and hence why the shares go up on a Friday then down on Tuesday. Hopefully this time the news is what the market is expecting. The last time we had trading like this was just before the last NED appointment. Once the RNS came out the share price went down. With luck it will hold its gains.

Lasvelas ref 07.39 post I was referring to the standard special resolution at the AGM. For a special resolution to pass you need 75% of the vote. Due to the number of shares that SAG has they can block any special resolution. The one at the AGM is needed to allow the company to issue shares without first offering them to existing shareholders. This provision is needed as otherwise any requirement to issue shares to somebody without first offering them to shareholders would need an EGM.

Lasvelas ref 07.39 post having read today's RNS from SAG it seems like both the TPG Board and SAG are acting like children trying to win their parent's approval. I do not see SAG agreeing to the usual special resolution to disapply pre emption rights as this might lead to them having their percentage holding reduced which would not be good.

I see Octopus have reduced their holding to below 3%. I am not sure why they are selling but I note that they have not sold their entire holding.
