I am inclined to think it is on his own account in which case I agree this is a massive vote of thanks. At the last TR1 he has over 4% if he is still buying then he would soon reach 5%. I wonder what he will do then I do not think he will just let his shareholding be diluted.

Chrisatrdg ref 14.40 post I have found it easier to get information on what is happening in American proceedings than in English proceedings. I remember when EQT was accused of patent infringement I was able to get copies of all the court documents. The same cannot be said about the JR. I would have thought though that we would have had a decision on papers on permission by now.

Lottie123 I note the Aquis share price has been unchanged since March 17. Hopefully the AIM price will go up to meet it.

Si_Derman I agree that based on past record the results are more likely end of June. However, if they are trying to secure a contract or tender then they might want to publish earlier as upto date accounts are one of the things they will be assessed on.

I know some posters have said that we will be getting the annual report an accounts on Thursday. Not that it is conclusive but I note that in the week ahead email that LSE sends around on Sunday evenings HARL are not showing as having results this week. That said once SENX was not shown as having results due and they did produce results.

oldtramp re 13.19 post I noted the comment from Martin Rice at Farra Marine. If you look at the timeline had he been able to get the work done in Belfast with the appropriate things may have been different for HARL today. What he said was.
'Sadly the same enthusiasm was not shown 2 years ago when we made an approach to build 10 wind farm support vessels in Belfast. This would have been a boost for shipbuilding in Belfast and Local suppliers were fully supportive. That 48 million investment has now gone to Singapore, a place where new businesses are encouraged and supported with deeds not words.'

We have Defence Questions on Monday the full list of questions can be found in the Order paper on this link https://commonsbusiness.parliament.uk/document/55638/html I cannot see anything directly relevant to HARL in any of the questions. However, I note that four MPs are asking about action to support defence jobs. I think they all represent Scottish constituencies if that is correct then this might be a smokescreen to ask questions on FSS and demand that the tender goes to a British yard.

Nobby31 ref 10.03 post I suspect that the current management may be on borrowed time with the II. JW keeps saying how tenders take time to complete. That is true but the length of time keeps getting longer. We should be seeing the results of tenders from Q1 2020. We are told that it takes 18 months to 2 years so we should be starting to see results. The new Business Development Manager who seems to have spearheaded this move into fishing vessels would seem to have the right idea with this venture. HARL cannot only rely on ship repair work until these large contracts land. However, we would need to see some quick orders from this two day event to bring in a revenue stream.
