Absolutely rock bottom sentiment, nearly everyone on this board hates it, sellers exhausted. If you were going to sell, you'd have done so by now, looks like we're probably seeing a bottom here.

Look at the 1 year chart. This time last year similar story, then the company started the gold ramp and this multi bagged many times over. Those who timed it right made a killing. Let's see if we get a repeat.

Have to agree these FTSE moves often anti climatic, most tracker funds will invest in whole basket including FTS250, already proportionate to the weight of the company by market cap. As we've moved up the FTSE250 those funds will have been incrementally buying more of this already, dampening the impact of final move into FTSE100. Rarely do you see a dramatic move on the actual day a stock migrates up or down the indexes.

And yes, time and time again, smelley has called this wrong.

And before you bring up again for the 100th time what happened 5 years years ago, literally nobody cares.

This is now all about the gold projects, which started last year when the company pivoted to being a gold exploration company, which was kick started with Paranaíta acquisition. That's when new CEO was brought on board.

Smelley has been criticising that gold move pretty much every week since, often times multiple in one day (along with everything else the company has ever done). Since new CEO appointed and that move to being a gold company share price up 300%. Enough said.

Honestly just ignore smelley. He can barely string a coherent sentence together and has been proven to be wrong, time and time again.

He has some kind of personal issue here which could only come from being something like a disgruntled employee, because seriously who spends this much time and this many years on one stock? More than the vast majority of actual shareholders in this.

He was posting bearing stuff even when this was .5p.

Anyone listening to him then would have missed out on a 500%+ gain.

Just like anyone listening to him now will miss out on what's coming here.

It's the going concern section to pay attention to. cntrl+f "material uncertainty"

It will certainly be very interesting to see NIU's next move here. Wildcard of course is US investor playing whiteknight, but as he's already been kicking the tyres for a year, chances of that seem slim now.

Assuming nobody else is coming to the rescue, with cash runway only until end of Q2, NIU must be weighing whether they just let this fall into administration. On the one hand they'd forfeit their shareholding, but then they'd be able to crystallise their secured stake in the project, shorn of unsecured creditors. You can see the appeal. How ever all that plays out, and undoubtedly there are multiple scenarios at play, the most unsatisfying part about this story is so far no repercussions or news of pay back from ex chair/CFO.

Undoubtedly we'll be on for a choppy couple of week here but whatever happens in the short term, it is striking just how much consensus there is for gold to end the year way up.

If landowner is grateful about saving a couple of plants, how would he feel about a mine where everything above ground gets obliterated?

CEO appears completely out of his depth.

If there is someone on Telegram claiming to work for the company, I'd be very wary of that. There are so many Walter Mittys on there trying to manipulate traders to go one way or another with buying or selling. It's 99% horsesh it. The company's last RNS said "assays expected", rather than saying they have them, and that was only Thurs last week. So one way or another, they must be coming soon.

Also nobody can possibly know whether any share sales today are down to warrants being sold. Plenty of PIs have way more shares than that, and I'll bet a few are panic selling at just the wrong time this week.

Who knows if they were given an unrealistic timeline from lab, the CEO was half cut when he wrote the RNS, or if a stray dog ran off with one of the cores and they had to retrieve it from the depths of the rain forest, but if they reveal blockbuster gold hits I'm expecting, all will be forgiven.

Reading the tea leaves here, we got an intraday RNS last Thursday, so could come any time. Weirdly, apart from that RNS, all the other Molly RNSs have been on a Monday. So let's see what happens on Monday 7am

But really who knows when we'll get them - to me what matters far more than timing is the results themselves.

We can all have a view on what those results will be like, based on the historic figures the company have given, the clues they've given around mineralisation from seeing the cores, and fact they've advanced process of taking 100% ownership of the property. I take these to be good signs, this to me is a no brainer hold when one way or another we know we're on the cusp of getting details.
