More likely he is one of the posters you see on these boards lost money at some point in a stock - and never quite got over it. Rather than finding new investments to discuss, they hang around on that particular board, sometimes for years after the event, like a scorned ex who never quite moved on.

He wants the delisting to go ahead because he wants to feel vindicated by seeing company's final destruction. Unfortunately he's missed the wood for the trees - namely the special situation this has now become if we secure a vote against the board's grubby delist attempt.

Terrorwit on the other hand wants the delisting to go ahead either because he's affiliated with the comapny - or is so hopelessly in love with it he's happy to be cucked by it.

I couldn't be calmer.

Shareholders on the other hand should be livid.

I actually hope for his sake Terrorwit is affiliated with the company.

Otherwise, to have only ever posted here about this one name, and for god knows how long, with weirdly positive takes on absolutely everything the company does, despite such a long track record of value destruction, culminating in the ultimate value destroyer of their - hopefully to be scuppered - attempt to nuke the listing, it's quite sad to see. Pity worthy.

Agree AllThatGlitters2. Gold backdrop not ideal, but more tangential on an explorer vs producers - those see an immediate hit cashflow which market has to quickly factor in.

And almost everything got wrecked today, gold or otherwise. This actually held up okay, considering. Although in fairness we did significantly sell off before today. But if we had support at this 1-1.1p level even on a day like today, that counts for something.

Operating company can comfortably be discounted to zero when the company has cash worth double it's market cap. It's a market absurdity.

Something has gone wrong between that claim that they would publish the accounts in May and now having to raise in June, still without accounts.

Auditors would have required visibility on ability for it to continue going concern over next 12 months before signing it off - but management should have known this. Did trading deteriorate over the last few weeks, or were they simply not paying attention to the numbers?

Worst part for anyone that was brave enough to hold to this point is they say this raise will fund them to 'at least' end of 2026. Not even a full year. Unless they suddenly turn things around, begging bowl comes out again early 2027.

One thing you can say about this is management do have big skin in the game. They won't want to see this slide any further, in their interests to get newsflow cranking again, wherever it might come from.

I love situations like this where the little guy stands an extremely good chance of overturning this board, and their vested interests in taking this private. Nobody in their right mind should let them take that massive cash balance away from proper scrutiny from being publicly listed. Voting against a must.

Look how she disrespected shareholders who put money into this with those share awards.

To be given 4% of the company for free is an absolute scandal.

The other thing that sets her apart from peers is the extent to which she does these discounted placings. Raising money is one thing, but it's the consistent level of discount. Massively disrespectful to shareholders again. Look at other micro cap biotechs like IXI or OBI. I don't hold them btw, but when they fundraise it's at barely any discount, or even a premium.

You could make a very good argument that she is the worst CEO on any biotech plc listed today.

The science is great here but the problem is that management. They have not been able to make it commercially self-sustainable.

Since IPO when Barrington moved into CEO role, she has overseen a drop in the share price of over 99%. I don't know of any other plc where the CEO has been in position and survived anything like that sort of share price destruction.

The extraordinary thing is shareholders continue to put with up it. Not just tolerate, she is heavily rewarded. She's paid more than the rest of the board put together. Plus the share options.
