Great to see gold edging up too, seems to have rock solid support in this range.

I must admit that when gold was $5.5k I wouldn't have imagined after falling to $4.4k we'd be firmly in excess of 700p - but then you look at all the operational progress since then, the massive resource upgrade, and growing sense we are talking about a once in a generation type discovery here, it makes perfect sense. And if anything we should be priced higher.

Considering the chairman put in £100k here at 1.4p a couple of months ago, suspect you'll do well from this price.

Positive move underway here and rightly so. Market cap still absurdly low for these prospects.

Have to agree that GEO far safer play than NEO. NEO has been pumped to death. The there bit of a absolute rampers' playground. Classic top signal. And it being promoted on multiple other boards. Looks orchestrated. Will probably suspend again soon.

Whereas GEO nobody really talking about, under the radar play. Drill starting soon. Interested to see what their ex-GGP geologist finds.

Nice one. As much as market probably factoring all of this in at the moment, undoubtedly it'll result in more funds flowing in to buy the stock. And importantly, the top tier index adds significant prestige.

On any other day we'd be up on this news, only the gold blip temporarily holding it back, but as per usual with GGP we continue to outperform peers. And let's be honest, very likely always will do

NEO market cap nearly £30m. Long way to fall, should be quite spectacular. Unless it suspends again and goes out with whimper.

Either way it's one of those stocks you add to your watchlist just because you know a car crash is coming.

If anyone can do it, he can. Interesting to think that with his track record, he could have worked for just about miner. Good sign he's here. Suspect Gorge might surprise a few people.

Results seem to go down well with market, can see why.

The company confirming they have £5.84m cash. Market cap in line with cash in the bank. You never see this. Effectively the rest of the business comes for free. Clearly this had sold off way too much.

I am sure this goes without saying but important point.

Nobody cross ramps another company with your interests at heart. They are doing it to benefit themselves. If you buy in to the pump, you are serving their purposes as exit liquidity for the dump that will follow.

We've seen multiple examples of unethical posters cross ramping the extremely dodgy African company NEO.

No legitimate company needs promoting like this.

There is a good reason why we keep hearing about that and not any number of the legitimate firms out there in safe jurisdictions. Don't fall for it.

Absolutely right - NEO has been suspended mutiple times for various infractions.

Just like Caracal Gold, Brewer's other mining company. That one never came out suspension. Holders lost everything.

You would need to be hugely brave to put any money into a company with their track record.

Only put into that what you can afford to lose - because chances are that's exactly what will happen to anyone mad enough to put money into it.

Great to see gold back up over $4.5k and GGP comfortably over 700p. Next stop $5k gold and £10 GGP.

Bit of a contrast with those last two posts, speedy giving us interesting insight into workings of capitalising on Swiss vault gold, followed by low effort and frankly non-sensical post by Goingtomoonufo with some absurd claim about a fall in the gold price.

Good to see our momentum continue here. Interestingly it's happening with very little hype and decent volume building, looks to have some substance.

Clearly this has sold off way too far with these assets.

For my money, if anything comes from Namibia great. Considering market is assigning it zero value as we stand today, any kind of deal bound to lead to upside. But for me the key part of this story right now and over next few months is the Callum Baxter factor. The big catalyst has to be fact he's on the ground with his ex-GGP colleague, pouring over the geology at Gorge and aiming to pin down a new Aussie gold discovery for the company. If anyone can do it, these guys can.

Be very careful of that one. Firstly it's in South Africa - ask AI about permitted delays, illegal mining and corruption. No need to take the risk with bargepole jurisdictions like that when you can easily find decent goldies in safe places like Australia or Canada.

Most importantly, Jason Brewer.

He was responsible for NEO's assets and until recently ran it. Look at his track record at GCAT. Just ask shareholders there what they think of him.

This oil price volatility is frankly getting hard to keep up with, impossible to guess what it'll do from one day to the next. Ultimately the way I see it is we are not going back to oil price lows anytime soon, and that leaves us very well placed to capitalise. I believe the market is underestimating the sheer cashflow we'll have here over coming year.

I have quite a straightforward view on this, and going back some years now, which is that whatever geopolitical event is happening, the long term bull case for gold remains firmly intact. And that there is perhaps no better bet on the gold price - aside from perhaps holding gold itself - than what we have right here with GGP.

To me the idea of selling at this diminished price would be quite absurd, like giving away free money, so as boring as it seems, I'll continue to hold for as long as it takes.
