bb123 I make the official cut off 17th (week today) but most brokers at at least a day or so earlier. 16th (intraday) with HL.

Btw anyone buying shares today, you may know already but they take 2-3 working days to settle before being eligible to vote.

That will be Monday at earliest - or perhaps Tuesday, depending on your broker.

The numbers are well and truly on our side - but for us to secure this against vote, it's critical as many of us as possible vote. Check back once the shares have settled to use your full allocated rights. 👍

Imagine trying to pick apart a special situation where even a solvent wind up would conservatively result in at least a doubling of the equity value.

You are stating the obvious. You go on to talk about asset sales as if I didn't say the same thing myself earlier: "New management, fresh look at assets and IP, realising value, slash costs, move to AIM." You are not even disagreeing with me. Let alone telling me anything I don't know. Try to pay attention.

And yes - you do in fact value businesses based on cash/assets. Tangible NAV is a pretty basic valuation metric. Of course £10m cash forms part of the valuation picture, whether you like it not.

We are now down a binary bet on whether us retail holders collectively can vote against in sufficient numbers to overturn this.

Odds look good to me. I personally now own more shares than good chunk of the board members - certainly shares they've bought on open market.

I know others have even more.

As we know, the board needing that high threshold 75% of votes cast makes this tough going for them. Especially when not one group of shareholders have announced their support and with us PIs dominating the register to an extent you rarely see.

Huge upside here if this disgraceful attempt by the board to take private fails.

That's just cash in bank. Absolutely no reason why it should not trade in line with pre-announcement price. Weeks leading up circa 6.5-8p.

7.5p is a 3 bagger.

As a recap, the company has a cash balance of £10 million

Market cap today is less than £4.5m. The market currently values it at less than half cash in bank.

Everything else (assets, IP) priced at less than zero. No debt. You never see this.

The cash alone is worth equivalent of 5.6p per share.

The shareholder register is dominated by PIs who won't support this.

If the cancellation does not go ahead, no reason why this should not be priced AT LEAST in line with cash in bank.

Honestly why bother engaging with him?

This board is becoming dominated by various interactions with him. Not about the trade here. Exactly what he wants. Absolutely futile.

Btw everyone will have their own upside calcs, but as good a place as any to start is to look at where this was trading in weeks leading up to the cancellation.

Blue sky upside is vote failing and board consequently having the humility to realise their position is untenable. New management, fresh look at assets and IP, realising value, slash costs, move to AIM, etc, return as much cash as possible to shareholders.

I can't speak for anyone else but this to me is a bet against the cancellation.

If the cancellation fails, no chance a company with £10m+ in the bank stays valued at less than £5m, whichever way we look at its commercial prospects or lack thereof. It would revert close to pre-announcement price. That would be a circa 150% gain.

It is not risk free - but the utterly compelling part about the bet is the shareholder register being so significantly stacked in our favour.

If he was in favour of the delist, he'd have held and voted. Instead, his shares have now dissipated into new hands.

That's another 3%+ the board can't rely on for support.

Looking here for what these shares might do if we win this vote, good guide has to be how this traded in last few weeks leading up to the announcement. Comfortably in 6-8p range, say ~7p ball park. And we know the stock only cratered due to prospect of cancellation.

Take away the cancellation, let's just say you don't need a particularly vivid imagination to see what might happen to the share price if enough of us vote against.⬆️

All true, individual brokers have their own cut offs which are likely earlier.

I've checked with HL and their cut off is 16th - during the day (not midnight as you might expect).

Safe to say final full day when you can vote with HL is 15th. I am sure other brokers will be a similar. Timely voting important to get our voices heard.

Perhaps this has been one the 'unseen' factors holding us back. The price action here hasn't made sense given backdrop. If so, once they're fully out, that overhang goes and in theory we'll be back off to the races.

Undoubtedly gold is down in the short term. That is just it though - it's short term. Zoom out. Over the medium to longer term is all that matters. And the case for gold (and GGP to) continue its inevitable upwards march is absolutely compelling.
