25 mins in a small mention of CAD ref. increased production. Presumably therefore increased income and the possibility of AST becoming more affordable to them if they wished to looked at it.

New_2, Some here may be surprised that I agree with your post of 09:42. I too have suspicions of Colin with the Henderson affair and delayed timescales over the years. The asset is great and with ten wells already in place, but just needing reopening. Investors don't want to pile in to AST because of those historical problems. With John now on board as COO and Colin dealing with the CEO stuff AST should do better and will gradually recoup some confidence in the market.

TPT, If you invest in AST and therefore have some belief in the company and then express that belief here you get abused by certain people. Clearly they have an agenda which is financial (paid poster) or environmental (activists) or both. Some people just don't want a company to succeed.

If duster is a share owner then he is deranged with his constant abuse of the company and Colin. His abuse is obviously to deter others from investing. That can only be if he is persuaded to do so by financial or other means.

'Rampers' here are just optimists who know there's gas in the ground and ten wells already in place. If and when the government cooperates then the engineering solution for getting that gas out is relatively straight forward as it is done all over the World in far more challenging locations: offshore North Sea, frozen Alaska, dessert Morocco and Algeria, etc. etc..

So you wish to damage your investment even more by warnings others from investing in AST? I don't believe you frankly. That would be just too stupid.

Indeed conrad02. He keeps attacking me with spurious personal accusations when it is him that is probably being paid. Why else would he constantly post abusively on here? Why would someone who's not invested post here? If they are invested why constantly de-ramp in every possible way? Being critical is one thing to try to find solutions. Just being abusive all the time is stupid if you are invested.

Furthermore Colin was not the right man for the oil and gas job but, I would have thought, he would have relied on Geonergo to make the operational decisions. They would have been at fault but with Colin as the boss of AST taking the flack here. We now have an oil an gas expert as COO and he will now deal with operational matters. That is how it always should have been.

Probably not today. Although Prudhoe Bay is 9 hours behind us and 18 hours behind East Coast Oz. So the week has only just started for them.

And that highlander, old de-ramper, is your well known opinion. Your diatribe contains some facts twisted by opinion. Like all good (bad) propaganda. All could be explained by the circumstances at the time. All could be looked at with strong suspicion of wrong doing with no proof either way.

I have also had suspicions. The placing at then end of October 2017 was strange when the good news arrived a week later. However Colin would not have had advanced notice of that and would still have needed funds until January. So could be explained but many found it to be bad planning of Colin and were very annoyed.

CH now has the experience of dealing with Slovenia over a number of years and we now have a Chief Operating Officer with experience of oil and gas operations. The BoD has changed from what it was. Replacing CH would not be beneficial at this time, unless he is actually being dishonest in his approach to running the company. I don't think he is but it is clear some here do. That is a matter of opinion and not fact. That opinion is mostly engendered by the losses people here have suffered causing bitterness and anger. That is not a good reason or state of mind to remove someone.
