Disposal and recycling of batteries is going to become the major issue in the future. Hydrogen is the more sustainable fuel. We just need a cheap way of getting it from water using renewable sources, hydro, wind, solar, etc.. Water = oxygen + hydrogen and converts back to water on burning in vehicles.

The blame lies with the obduracy of the Slovene government in not following their own rules on timings and procedure for permits.
