A new agreement may well be needed if the gas sent to INA is substantially increased by compression equipment. I don't see anything sinister with a 6 month extension. Compression equipment should be installed within 6 months.

I could be wrong but my understanding was the owner previous to the previous owner pretty much gave it away to the previous owner on the basis that the previous previous owner would get a royalty, or some such, when the previous owner started production. Hence it was better value for them to sell it on and get a substantial capital gain when SML bought it. The owner after the first in this line avoiding paying any royalty and getting a lump sum when it cost them little. Something like that anyway.

They needed planning permission for a new plant which would have a new proprietary process for the magnetite. We have not been told even if they have received the planning permission, let alone whether the plant has been constructed.

Oh, well. Leigh Creek is almost up and running with the first ton of copper cement already done.

We have always been wanting institutional investors involved. Now they have bought in on the placing they are more likely to buy in normally with the AIM market. When IIs buy in they don't just buy in a few hundreds of pounds. They tend to buy bigger. And that we are now seeing.

As I've said before it's a race between Cobre major client restart and Leigh Creek getting properly under way to see the SP rise.

These large buys must be soaking up the spare shares the MMs have. The SP will have to rise soon.

Those on here who are always finding fault are generally keyboard warriors having a laugh or they're environmental activists who don't want AST (actually Geonergo) spoiling their pristine countryside, as if there aren't modern day clean gas extraction processes existing anywhere.

Genuine investors would not intentionally harm their own investment. They may query certain aspects that could be done better, as I do.

Once you understand that the motives of constant de-rampers becomes clear. Of course de-rampers occur everywhere but generally they don't constantly do down a company. They only do so when they wish to buy in. They ramp up the share when they wish to sell. We see those occasionally.
